Confusing!
Confusing! No longer a Mazda dealer, but they still service them. How long will it last before they say they are no longer qualified? Scheduled online, went ok. Service writer was pleasant and helpful. Car was ready when promised. Overall, ok experience.

I've had multiple service appointments here that went
I've had multiple service appointments here that went well. This time, they recommended premium services before the work began that I declined. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later they asked again. I was on a schedule, so I found this annoying and a waste of time. I barely made it back to work in time for a meeting. Not a great experience this time.
