Answered all our questions and explained the details to us. Directed us to the waiting area which had drink and food machines, as well as a TV. Gave us a time the work would be completed, and it was on the time given.

Friendly staff.
We took our 2001 Ford Ranger in for the annual inspection. It was ready when we expected. We had Owner Advantage credit, so there was no cost. We got a free oil change. We were thrilled to not have to pay a lot. Most years we end up paying about $1000 at inspection time. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

5,000 mile service 2014 Ford F-150 STX
The 5,000 mile service on my 2014 Ford F150 STX was excellent. The service was completed in a hour and a half, but I was shocked to find out I couldn't take it home because of a recall that could cause loss of control with the steering. After the shock of no truck, the use of a rental vehicle until the truck was repaired did make life a little more pleasant.

Great salesman and finance department!
We came to Chenoweth Ford just to look and never imagined we would have a new f250 super duty by the time we left. Our salesman Carl Ramsey was awesome! It was a long waiting game, but he stuck with us throughout it all. My father is a machinist at Chenoweth Ford and he recommended we come there to look if we were gonna shop. I am glad we chose Chenoweth, I couldn't be more pleased with our decision and the generosity of the employees!

great service
We have a 2014 Ford Escape. We bought new tires, they price matched them to give us a discount. The wait time was a little long but they made up for it by taking us to Bridgeport hill so we could have lunch. Great service, thank you!
