Mr. and Miss
Because of previous dealings with your service department we were looking for somewhere else to have our truck worked on. But we had been informed that you had a make over in the staff and that we wouldn't have the problems we had before. I don't know that its true but we never saw the person that caused all the problems we had previously. So far the truck is doing good, it runs a whole lot better and the people treated us with respect instead of like dirt. The only question I have is we have points from a reward program, and I saw nothing that showed us how many points we got after spending almost $6000.00 to have our truck worked on, and the person we talked to acted surprised when it was brought up. I would like to know if we received these points or not as that is one of the reasons we brought our truck to you to be fixed as it more or less paid for the oil changes and gave us discounts when we brought in our car to be serviced.

staff very helpful. Very friendly, considerate and listen. I had one problem with blue tooth but made another appointment to correct that. Was not the fault of the service staff, just these stupid new phones? Great place to deal and will continue as long as you have employees like those there now.
