Excellence in every sense of the word

After buying a car from a local used car dealer and my husband and daughter almost getting killed in their "Mechanic Certified" car, we went to Chapman Ford to purchase another vehicle. From the moment we walked in the showroom doors we were treated like long time friends. Our salesman Juan was patient and understanding and found us a vehicle we could afford. They showed us the list of problems that were found with the car and we negotiated to have them fixed. Bruce, the used car manager was understanding of our concerns after the last disaster buying a car and assured us that the repairs would be made. We brought the car back for the repairs and were given a rental because they expected the repairs to take longer than they thought. The following day we went and picked up the car and the repairs had all been done. I can not say enough about the dealership, they went above and beyond and we were so pleased we went back two weeks later and purchased another vehicle from Juan. If you are looking for a used or new car this is the place to go.

Excellent car buying experience!!!

As a new family of three, we needed a bigger car but were not so sure of buying one yet. As soon as we parked we were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by David Reyes that made us stay. He listened to our needs and helped us get our beautiful car!!! Thanks David!!! Our new family appreciates it!!

Great Experience!

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge my salesperson Keith, he was friendly and funny went above and beyond getting me into a new SUV no pressure did not feel rushed at all other sales were great as well working with me. Thank you Keith and chapman ford.

Great vehicle, great deal

My salesman, Greg Rawlings, was terrific His knowledge of the various models and comparisons to other makes was expansive. He was very personable and made my buying experience extremely positive. Greg is an asset to this dealership. The Mazda CX3 I purchased is a great vehicle that has several of the must haves on my list. I look forward to many years of hassle free ownership. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Love my new car

I was looking for a small SUV and Keith L was knowledgable, helpful, and funny. I did not purchase the car the first time I visited the showroom but returned later and completed the purchase. All of the staff members I dealt with at Chapman Ford were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my contact Keith!

A Pleasure To Deal With

I was initially impressed by the dealership when I began taking my privately purchased used Mazda there for service. I have since purchased two additional vehicles from Chapman. There are never any hassles or surprises. Greg was very helpful in finding the perfect car for my needs. I would definitely reach out to him for any future purchases.

Smooth and quick process

Chapman Ford introduced me to dealership that goes the second mile. The process was personal, transparent and quick. Greg's outstanding customer service oriented personality was the highlight of the entire affair. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who enjoys outstanding customer service.

Great Experience

I've been in the market for a new car for quite some time and finally bit the bullet. This was my first Mazda purchase and I couldn't be happier. Tom was very knowledgable and easy to work worth. It was obvious that he wanted to help and make this a positive experience. I would reccomend Chapman and Tom. I would be happy to work with him again.

Smooth Purchase!

I visited Chapman to test drive a Mustang, as I was considering it for my next car. I knew Keith from a previous visit as he sold my mother a car, and he recommended Greg since he was not in the office. Greg was very helpful; he brought me cars to drive and let me take my time getting familiar with them. He went over the different options on the Mustang and the Focus ST with me that night. Most importantly, Greg was a car guy and because of that I had a good time. Sometimes you sit down with a salesman and they tell you about how they like golf, here are my kids, or blah blah blah. Nope, he has stories about fooling around in fun cars. When I was ready to buy, I sat down with Keith and Greg and we went over the different options to actually get a new Mustang GT. After talking about the different possible builds with them, I decided to order a custom build because I wanted Premier Trim with the Guard exterior color, and it was a difficult combination to find in stock. My order received an allocation quickly, and the dealership was accommodating getting my plan PIN locked in. I ordered my car on 2/15 and received it on 4/1. The car arrived and they were patient letting me go over it in the delivery bay. I don't remember the name of the finance person I worked with (sorry!) but he was pretty cool too. We chatted cars going over the numbers. I remember he drives a Genesis Coupe though, which is also a fun car. He kept it simple and was patient when I wanted to put more money down on the car. When I drove off, my new Mustang was exactly how I wanted it. The process was smooth and I got the car I wanted. Thanks everyone for the smooth purchasing experience!

Best Dealership Experience

Chapman Ford gave be the best dealership experience i could ask for. All other dealerships I went to saw me as 19 year they could take advantage of or didn't even want to be bothered with. At Chapman Ford they tried their hardest to help me walk out of the dealership with a car. They gave me the best price I could get and were extremely helpful. Greg Rawlings, the sales person that helped me, walked through the whole lot with me after I made my decision to make sure i had made the right one. He was very transparent with me and showed me everything listed out so i would understand what i was buying and why i was paying what i would be paying. I am very happy with the service i received and my car. Thank You Chapman Ford and Greg
