A fair deal, pleasant staff,incredible online rep
The main reason we even went to Chapman was due to Linda in the online sales finding the right vehicle for us. This was the one if the best deals within 35 miles. We were offered better deals in the Philly area but not by much. This was my second purchase at Chapman. First experience 5 years ago was awkward this time it seemed better. Salesman my wife and I dealt with was Dave Reyes, nice guy and professional. He even said it was his day off and came in just to help us complete the sale. Unnecessary, but very much appreciated. My only suggestion for them is to suggest a test ride and a look at the vehicle before pushing to sign paperwork. My wife had to ask to see vehicle while paperwork was sitting in front of her. Iam glad she did because there was a pinstripe that we did not like. Also, the interior is a very light tan we did not know how light the color was prior. The pinstripe was removed quickly with courteous efficiency. By the way , the detailer was very good in his work. He even asked if the car looked acceptable. All other aspects in regards to the vehicle met expectations. I feel the upper mgmt feels that there should be an emphasis on customer service. The head manager understand that's what keeps people returning.For that reason , we would highly recommend the dealership. I will report any further dealings going forward.

I would like to thank Ron Demarchi at Chapman Ford/Mazda in Egg Harbor Twp. Ron listened to what it was I was looking for in a car and to what I needed. Ron reassured me that what I wanted would be accomplished and he delivered on his promise. After dealing with a few other dealerships in the area, I will only go to Chapmans in the future... Excellence in every sense of the word
After buying a car from a local used car dealer and my husband and daughter almost getting killed in their "Mechanic Certified" car, we went to Chapman Ford to purchase another vehicle. From the moment we walked in the showroom doors we were treated like long time friends. Our salesman Juan was patient and understanding and found us a vehicle we could afford. They showed us the list of problems that were found with the car and we negotiated to have them fixed. Bruce, the used car manager was understanding of our concerns after the last disaster buying a car and assured us that the repairs would be made. We brought the car back for the repairs and were given a rental because they expected the repairs to take longer than they thought. The following day we went and picked up the car and the repairs had all been done. I can not say enough about the dealership, they went above and beyond and we were so pleased we went back two weeks later and purchased another vehicle from Juan. If you are looking for a used or new car this is the place to go.

Great vehicle, great deal
My salesman, Greg Rawlings, was terrific His knowledge of the various models and comparisons to other makes was expansive. He was very personable and made my buying experience extremely positive. Greg is an asset to this dealership. The Mazda CX3 I purchased is a great vehicle that has several of the must haves on my list. I look forward to many years of hassle free ownership. Love my new car
I was looking for a small SUV and Keith L was knowledgable, helpful, and funny. I did not purchase the car the first time I visited the showroom but returned later and completed the purchase.
