Mercury Mariner AC

Though I was in for routine maintenance, service personnel treated me like I was the only person there. They identified the source of a minor problem; explained it to me and corrected the situation. The waiting area is very pleasant.

Chapman Mazda E.H.T is the best

Excellent work and great value from a top service team-Special Thanks to Ben-wouldn't be having my service done here if it wasn't for him. Good service and mechanics are hard to find and Ben has made it easy for me over the years in getting the work needed on my vehicle done. Many thanks and see you on the next visit. By the way, I would highly recommend Chapman E.H.T to anyone for all of their service needs.

Over Priced / Low Quality

I wrote a review back in oct 2015 when I first purchased my vehicle. Now a year and a half later I'm stuck with a car which now needs a new transmission. After purchasing the vehicle from this dealship and paying over $1,400 for repairs two months ago they now are quoting an astronomical amount for a rebuilt transmission. This early into owning the vehicle I would have never guessed such a major repair would have to be preformed. They didn't do much to help and still squeezed every dime out of me they could. I honestly hoped they would be a little more helpful to a customer who purchased and repaired my car through them. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership. They are over priced for low quality vehicles. Waste of money. Try other dealerships before you settle for this one. Digested and disappointed!

clean no service

Was not able to see any car they are all back of the lot where you can't see to check or review the car you like

Hello Claude, Sorry to hear about your expereince. We do keep several of our wholesale vehicles in the back of the deaerlship. Those are primarily available to mechanics and other wholesalers since they are older vehicles that most may require several repairs. We do offer approximately 50 Retail ready vehicles that are in the front of the dealership. Those vehicles have been through our repair and detail facilities and are in great condition for our customers.

Great experience from the moment I called. This was a long distance car buy and they worked with me ever step of the way. Everyone I encountered from Kelly (customer care) to Bruce (manager) and Greg Rawlings (salesman) were professional. First class operations here at Champman.

SALES AND SERVICE- SO FAR SO GOOD

PURCHASE: Buying experience was very quick. I walked in, told Dina what I wanted, she took me out to the lot, and the first car I saw I bought. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't need to look further. The finance process was quick as well. I was out before lunch time on a Saturday! The only thing I wish I had done, was to do more research on bluebook values, and additional costs. When I went to buy the car my payments are now about 30.00 more a month than I can afford. I made it clear when I told them what I was looking for that I had to keep my payments to a certain amount. I can understand if it's about 10.00 more, but 30.00 is a bit much, especially since I am retiring next year and will be on a fixed income. There were so many fees and upcharges for things I never even thought about. That problem is my own fault for not researching more about car buying. SERVICE: I had my 2014 Escape for two weeks when the check engine light came on and there was a wind tunnel coming from somewhere on the front passenger side. I was really upset, thinking I had bought a lemon. Service was great though (Kevin Rankin). Got me right in, got me a rental and sent me on my way within half an hour. Granted they kept my car a little longer than I anticipated, but I didn't really care because I had a rental. I wanted them to fix it properly and not rush because I was being a pain. I picked the car up yesterday and everything seems to be fine. I thought when I picked the car up I would have to wait at least an hour to process and return the rental; NOPE, I just walked in, gave Kevin the key and he gave me my receipt and told me where my car was. I was shocked. My review is entitled "So far, so good" because I know things can change in a heart beat. But for now, I am thrilled with my car and with the whole buying and service experience.

David Reyes, was very helpful and courteous in our purchase of a Lincoln MKZ. He made the car buying process a pleasant experience. He took care of all the concerns we had about the buying the vehicle. The team at Chapman are very professional.

GREAT FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!

This was my first car buying experience and it was fast, pleasant and professional Thanks to the hard work of Jackie Whitehead, Greg Rawlings and Alicia. They listened to what I was looking for and did their very best to get me the Best deal possible. I felt very comfortable dealing with them and at no time was there any pressure or pushy feeling. I would highly recommend the Chapman Ford Lincoln Mazda Team to all my friends and family. I could not be happier and l love my new car. Thank you again!
