Respectful professional listen not pushy

David Reyes made the car buying process simple freindly pressure less and hassle free. What better way to enter into one of the most stressful purchases you'll make. The entire team at Chapman made use fell like family.

Don't honor service appointments

Complete waste of time. Didn't even start to look at car until 2nd day. Left without car being repaired. Couldn't afford to leave another day. Only could thing I encountered here was shuttle.

Great experience

The team at Chapman Ford did a great job getting me into a great truck. I thought my situation would be tough but the staff was able to get me approved, in a vehicle, and out the door in a little over 3 hours. They even had a playroom for my 3 year old. I will be using these guys again!

A fair deal, pleasant staff,incredible online rep

The main reason we even went to Chapman was due to Linda in the online sales finding the right vehicle for us. This was the one if the best deals within 35 miles. We were offered better deals in the Philly area but not by much. This was my second purchase at Chapman. First experience 5 years ago was awkward this time it seemed better. Salesman my wife and I dealt with was Dave Reyes, nice guy and professional. He even said it was his day off and came in just to help us complete the sale. Unnecessary, but very much appreciated. My only suggestion for them is to suggest a test ride and a look at the vehicle before pushing to sign paperwork. My wife had to ask to see vehicle while paperwork was sitting in front of her. Iam glad she did because there was a pinstripe that we did not like. Also, the interior is a very light tan we did not know how light the color was prior. The pinstripe was removed quickly with courteous efficiency. By the way , the detailer was very good in his work. He even asked if the car looked acceptable. All other aspects in regards to the vehicle met expectations. I feel the upper mgmt feels that there should be an emphasis on customer service. The head manager understand that's what keeps people returning.For that reason , we would highly recommend the dealership. I will report any further dealings going forward.

Excellent customer service

Alan Huscher and Dina Carlino are fantastic sales personnel! Always a pleasure to walk into Chapman Ford! Everyone is always happy and very helpful. Will always go here!

New Car Buyer

Today I purchased a new 2016 Mazda 6 touring from Ronald DeMarchi at Chapman Mazda in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. He was kind, patient, and really helped me get the price that I wanted. Great Job Ron! Very relaxing/easy purchase

My experience with chapman ford in egg harbor township nj

I would like to thank Ron Demarchi at Chapman Ford/Mazda in Egg Harbor Twp. Ron listened to what it was I was looking for in a car and to what I needed. Ron reassured me that what I wanted would be accomplished and he delivered on his promise. After dealing with a few other dealerships in the area, I will only go to Chapmans in the future... I thank you Ron for your kindness and determination. I also thank JR for his kindness and time to make the deal work.
