Extremely Thankful

Greg has helped me through sweat and tears literally . He never gave up on me when looking for a gently used car . He actually listened to everything that I asked for and was more than kind and helpful even when I became frustrated ... It took us a month but he came through for me & found the perfect car for my daughter and I . I would recommend him to any and everybody !

Buying a new truck feels like family

Walked onto lot of dealership with the intention of getting a new 16 f150. Within 30 seconds salesman was out to greet me. Have had f150s all my life. Mani was a straight shooter. Didn't give me the typical sales pitches. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did that and more. Gave me an excellent price that I knew no other dealership could beat for a new truck. He added rebates for me not because I asked but because he felt the need to. This dealership is the place to go for excellent support and great prices that will never be beat. The buying process was such a breeze and they really do make you feel like family there. You'll want to text your sales person after the buy just to check in. That's how great these guys are. No other dealership will beat the overall experience of chapman. Will be a lifetime customer

Very Satisfied!

This was my first time at Mazda and the service was wonderful! I felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions when I had them. Greg was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills, coupled with his personality, made my experience a positive one. I really liked how he took the time to explain the car and all of its buttons, gizmos, and gadgets. I also enjoyed the fact that everyone I worked with was honest and attentive. Most importantly, I did not feel pressured to purchase or lease anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its employees to my friends and family. I am very happy with my new car! :)

Great sales experience

This was our second time dealing with Greg and it was a pleasurable and pressure free experience. He is very knowledgeable and if he isn't sure about something was not afraid to ask. He worked for us instead of against us like most dealers do. Would definitely recommend dealing with Greg as we will from now on.

Friendly and to the point. No Pressure

The service here was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with and especially the staff listed below were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped us make the right decision. Most importantly there was no pressure. Overall the shopping process was quick, frustration free and we walked away very happy with the deal we got.

Best car leasing experience ever

We always have had problems dealing with car dealers when leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. Not in this case! As soon as we started dealing with Greg Rawlings we knew it was going to be a different experience. Greg was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our new car. From dealing with him on the phone before the sale to actually getting the car with the bow and balloons, it was truly a great experience. The best experience EVER! Debbie & Dennis

From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we had a real good feeling. Our salesperson, Tim Griffiths, came out to meet us. Right away we felt relaxed and we knew we were not going to be pressured. Tim answered our questions and gave us the verve of Mazda as a company as well as the Mazda CX5 we were interested in. We purchased this vechicle with the help of the finance manager, JR. We got what we thought was a fair purchase price and they worked with us on our trade. I highly recommend this dealership and the people we worked with. Kudos, also goes to a great gentleman, MO. He got our paperwork done in a very timely manner. All of the people we worked with were very professional, and extremely nice.

Great Car Buying Experience!!!

Our salesman, Greg Rawlings was knowledgeable of all things Mazda and gave us a great test drive experience.
