Very friendly, and not pushy
Everyone I dealt with was very nice, and helpful. I was buying my first car, and he didn't push me to get anything I didn't need, or couldn't afford. He tried to get me the best thing for my budget without putting any pressure on me. The whole process was fairly quick and easy.

Friendly service no pressure
We were just riding through the lot on a whim looking for a jeep wrangle and low and behold we found the perfect match for us. It was raining, not really the most pleasant day to come outside to sell a car but that didn't deter our salesman, Greg Rawlings. He was friendly and showed us the jeep without trying to feed us any blarney. He gave us time to make our decision without pushing us. He was understanding and took his time answering our questions. I must say, due to personal issues I was not the happiest or most pleasant customer, but he had patience of a saint. Buying my jeep was the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership. Car salesman have never been high on my list of favorite people, but Greg changed my mind about that I would return to Chapman's to look first in the future

Pleasant smooth professional
The salesman Mani was never pushy. He gave us plenty of space to talk and he knew lots of information about every car we looked at (4 vehicles). It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and could explain things in a way that was easy to understand.

Chapman offers competitive pricing. They have a very reliable service department. They do have a good inventory of vehicles, however, on more popular models they were a little light for the model I was looking for. They will do their best to locate what you are looking for. Overall, a very good dealership .

Best Service Around!
Last week I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion and couldn't be happier. The service from our salesman Greg Rawlings was the absolute best! Greg was low pressure, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had our two young children with us and Greg was patient and friendly towards them, offering snacks and the play area. Greg made our choice easy. And then a few days later he even called to see if we were still happy with our choice, and he made sure we knew if we had any questions or if we needed a refresher with the electronics to not hesitate to call or stop in. I'd recommend Chapman Ford and Greg to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Plus his Scottish accent is something anyone could listen to for hours! :)
