I Highly Recommend Chapman Ford

I have been searching for a used car and visiting dealerships for two months. It was a challenge and a headache. Chapman Ford was unlike any other dealership I visited. I worked with Dina Carlino and Mike Conahan. They were wonderful. The whole process was stress free, straight forward, and very rewarding. I am so happy with the vehicle but I am even happier about the buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Pleasant experience with NO hassle!

We just our 5th purchase from Chapman. We dealt with Steve Evans who is the "best"! In fact we have bought our last four cars at Chapman and most of them were from Steve. He is honest, fast and makes the whole deal seem so easy. Our entire experience went so smoothly. They have an effective team approach . We saw Steve, Eddie, Matt and Bruce . They were pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed happy to help us. Everyone who walked by us offered us drinks and snacks while we were comfortably waiting in front of a huge TV in comfy chairs.

Better Than We Ever Expected!

We had not purchased a vehicle since 1994 and were just out looking to see what was available in a used or new vehicle and if it was better to lease or buy. Dave Reyes came out to meet us and was extremely helpful in enabling us to make the right decision. After test driving a used and new Explorer which is what we originally thought we wanted he showed us a 2007 Expedition which was in excellent condition and fitted our needs at this point in time. David was very professional in every manor along with the Chapman Ford support staff. I would highly recommend Dave to any one going to purchase a vehicle.

Wonderful experience!!

Wonderful management and staff!! They were patient and understanding and truly wanted to find us a vehicle that we loved!! And they did!! My husband and I went through numerous dealerships, for many months....we thought we would never be able to get or afford something that we loved, but Chapman Ford made it happen for us!! Very hard working sales guys mani

I would come back here again and again. My sales guy worked with me for months to find me the perfect affordable truck. I would recommend mani khan to any person that goes there to get a vehicle

great experience

I told Dave Reyes what I was looking for, he got it, sun/moon roof the bigger the better, or a convertable... Dave said while there were no convertable used cars in stock he thought the 2013 Taurus would be a good fit.... well I thought a Fusion was in my future or a flex.....after test driving the Taurus I was sold....a great price/low mileage SOLD & left with a 2013 Taurus car is perfect of lease vehicle with good financing..... Dave made it all so easy!

Wonderful experience

We recently were in need of a car. After scouring the papers we found a car at chapman in eht and stopped in to look. Unfortunately it wasn't there but we found something even better and so the process began. David Sage was our point man a.k.a salesman who did an amazing job!! He asked about our price point and was willing to try his best to make it work.. We were offered several options and end result 2.5 hours later I HAD MY CAR!!!! When I came back to pick it up again David Sage was "over the top" helpful in explaining how everything worked and what buttons not to touch!!!! I drove away one HAPPY CAMPER and I swear I'm not touching those buttons!!! Thank you all E. Pullan

Great Experiance

David Reyes and Bruce Carlino were available to answer all of my questions and able to work a great deal on my new truck. The entire staff at Chapman was great to deal with throughout my entire buy experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom until the time I drove off the lot with a new truck, David, Bruce, and the rest of the Chapman staff provided me with top notch service!

Great experience.
