Simple and transparent
Went to chapman looking for a small commuter car for work had an idea what I wanted and I told David that and he showed me cars that were relevant to what I was looking for and wasn't pushy at all.And didn't try to up sell me on something I didn't want or out of my price range ended up getting a certified fiesta with great warranties the managers were friendly and helpful I would recommend using this dealership and David

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
David Reyes was very helpful in presenting what kind of car we need. He suggested several selections of vehicles. Right at the point, we choose what we needed. He let my son a test drive the 2 cars, Ford focus2008 and Hyundai sonata 2004. Without hesitation, we selected the Hyundai Sonata2004 because of mileage (44K) and price advantage even it's older. He right away prepare the paperwork. While waiting, he offered soda and crackers which surprised both of us. After 2 hrs, we're done and I told him to get the vehicle next day because we still have our vehicle drive home. By surprised again, he insisted to bring the vehicle to our home to Somers Point.

Excellent Service
Salesman Keith Levitt is my go to guy. He always displays courtesy and professionalism and is extremely efficient in scheduling other personnel from Chapman to coordinate and complete the buying or leasing agreements for a more enjoyable experience. This was my fourth vehicle I've purchased and/or leased from Keith. I've had my new vehicle for about a week and several employees from Chapman have called me, assuring me they care. He even demonstrated the Navigation, and Communication functions, programmed my favorite AM / FM / Serious XM stations and addresses and thoroughly familiarized all functions of the new vehicle, so I was completely at ease driving home. From previous experiences, I'm also completely satisfied about their service department, which does the regular maintenance in a most expedient fashion in caring for my vehicle. The lounge and waiting area is beautifully appointed and even the coffee tastes great !

Very Good Experience
This was my first time leasing from Chapman Ford. My sales Consultant David Reyes was very easy going, courteous and professional. David Reyes and General Sales Manager Donald Hood were able to work out a deal that I felt very comfortable with. There were no long drawn out sales pitches and no pressure to make a deal. Davide Reyes arranged to have my phone synced to my vehicle and I also had the opportunity to meet with the owner of Chapman Ford. William Kassner (Impressive)

Family oriented dealership
I really enjoyed my experience at Chapman. Their online chat services made it easy to talk about car preferences and schedule an appointment. They worked with my not so great credit score and trade in to find an awesome deal to get my family and I into a safer vehicle. What impressed me the most was they went above and beyond to take care of an issue it had. Instead of just fixing the part, the gave me a brand new part! And a rental to drive until the car was ready. Oh and the free popcorn, drinks, and snacks were pretty great too. :) I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends. If you go, ask for Mani and tell him Andrea sent you!
