Very helpful

Mario was very helpful and polite. He didn't keep us waiting and did everything he could to make the experience a pleasant one. He didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't want.

Very Good Experience

This was my first time leasing from Chapman Ford. My sales Consultant David Reyes was very easy going, courteous and professional. David Reyes and General Sales Manager Donald Hood were able to work out a deal that I felt very comfortable with. There were no long drawn out sales pitches and no pressure to make a deal. Davide Reyes arranged to have my phone synced to my vehicle and I also had the opportunity to meet with the owner of Chapman Ford. William Kassner (Impressive)

We purchased a Caddy at a ford dealership...

Even though its a Ford dealership our salesperson David Reyes knew his stuff about the SRX Caddy we bought. Would totally recommend this place if you need a car. and YES they will totally work with you...

Family oriented dealership

I really enjoyed my experience at Chapman. Their online chat services made it easy to talk about car preferences and schedule an appointment. They worked with my not so great credit score and trade in to find an awesome deal to get my family and I into a safer vehicle. What impressed me the most was they went above and beyond to take care of an issue it had. Instead of just fixing the part, the gave me a brand new part! And a rental to drive until the car was ready. Oh and the free popcorn, drinks, and snacks were pretty great too. :) I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends. If you go, ask for Mani and tell him Andrea sent you!

I Highly Recommend Chapman Ford

I have been searching for a used car and visiting dealerships for two months. It was a challenge and a headache. Chapman Ford was unlike any other dealership I visited. I worked with Dina Carlino and Mike Conahan. They were wonderful. The whole process was stress free, straight forward, and very rewarding. I am so happy with the vehicle but I am even happier about the buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Pleasant experience with NO hassle!

We just our 5th purchase from Chapman. We dealt with Steve Evans who is the "best"! In fact we have bought our last four cars at Chapman and most of them were from Steve. He is honest, fast and makes the whole deal seem so easy. Our entire experience went so smoothly. They have an effective team approach . We saw Steve, Eddie, Matt and Bruce . They were pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed happy to help us. Everyone who walked by us offered us drinks and snacks while we were comfortably waiting in front of a huge TV in comfy chairs.

Better Than We Ever Expected!

We had not purchased a vehicle since 1994 and were just out looking to see what was available in a used or new vehicle and if it was better to lease or buy. Dave Reyes came out to meet us and was extremely helpful in enabling us to make the right decision. After test driving a used and new Explorer which is what we originally thought we wanted he showed us a 2007 Expedition which was in excellent condition and fitted our needs at this point in time. David was very professional in every manor along with the Chapman Ford support staff. I would highly recommend Dave to any one going to purchase a vehicle.

Wonderful experience!!

Wonderful management and staff!! They were patient and understanding and truly wanted to find us a vehicle that we loved!! And they did!! My husband and I went through numerous dealerships, for many months....we thought we would never be able to get or afford something that we loved, but Chapman Ford made it happen for us!!
