Friendly, helpful service!
Chapman employee Mani Khan helped me through every step of my buying experience. He let me test drive numerous vehicles and there was no pressure at all to try certain vehicles or to purchase in any rush. I communicated with Mani over the course of a few weeks during which he gave me helpful information about the cars I was interested in, in addition to keeping me updated on any promotions going on at Chapman. He, along with the other Chapman employees, were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience, and made sure I received a great value on my car. I would recommend this dealership and especially the service of Mani Khan to anyone like me who is looking for a no hassle, relaxed, and friendly new car buying experience.

They were very helpful and got me what I wanted
The first day that I got there, I got there a bit late and they were already closed but they still let me in and got my information down and asked me what I was looking for. I got a call the next day and went in to being looking for my new car. After being shown a bunch of different cars and options, they tried really hard to help me get what i wanted. Another day later I was happy driving out there on my new car.

1st Time Car Buyer Great Experience.
The salesman knew my situation and called me while there was a great rebate opportunity. I've always heard about bad car buying experiences and with this being my first car ever and me worried about a lot, I can honestly say I have no complaints. Alot of great suprises and fully explained every detail on the car before I drove off. Set me up with my first free oil change when needed on my new Mazda.

This is my second review of Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor...
This is my second review of Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Township. The first was a horrible experience with buying a used car, and now this second one, in which we paid off a car two years into a seven year contract. We paid for GAP insurance and the bank notified us to contact the dealership for a refund. The first conversation with the dealership, we were asked to fax the necessary paperwork over, which was done the next day. Then it has been a "oh that person isn't in today, let me send you to their voicemail" and we never hear back from them. Multipule calls and voicemails have been made to the General Sales Manager from my wife without a courtesy response back. I bet if I went in to buy a car I would get the same customer service that my wife and I deserve. If this has been a week, I would understand, a month, two months? If the dealership cares about it's customers, then call them back. I am sure that my social network will be interested in my two experiences with Chapman Ford. If the General Manager reads this, and wants to respond, all he has to do is listen to his voicemail and return them.

Mr. Doherty, I'm Lauren Kassner the Customer Relations Manager, I want to personally apologize for the experience you have had. We strive to make your automotive experience to be a pleasurable one. I spoke to my Finance Manager Michael Simon he informed me that you sent all the appropriate paper work to the bank, so they can refund your money. We do not personally refund the money for Gap Insurance, that is the banks responsibility. I'm going to have him call the bank to if we can expedite the process for you.
First let me say, that I bought my last three cars at...
First let me say, that I bought my last three cars at Chapman Ford. We went in looking for a second car for the family. I was upfront from the beginning what I wanted to spend. The finance guy came over, we talked numbers, and he lowered the price of the vehicle to try to get to my number. Then they went to get financing to get lower. The salesman, said and I quote "If you leave, you should take the car and not leave without it, as we have someone here waiting for the car also". Nice high pressure tactic. After the bank financing came back and we were about $500 away from what I wanted to pay, the dealership refused to pay, now, I know it is a business, so no love lost in not making a deal. But two things bothered me: 1. Kelly bluebook had the vehicle close to $3000 LESS then the suggested retail sale. and #2, after I refused to drop cash on the car, and refused to accept what they offered, the finance guy walked away and towards the main desk and said "That was a waste of time". Yes Sir it was for you, two hours later I went to Woodbine to another Ford dealership and purchased a car. And I promise you I will never come back to Chapman Ford again to waste your time.

I was treated badly in service, and then was told I LIED about having a appointment. I complained to my saleman (Henry) but the could do nothing. Totally disapointed with service after buying several auto from Capman.
