A trade in with a new beginning

Our saleman was Mani and he understood what our needs were and our budget. Along with Moe's help this team helped my wife get into the vehicle she wanted without the hassle and disappointment most dealership would portray. Extremely pleasurable experience. 2015 Ford Explorer

Mani Kahn was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I was pushed into a car I hated (not at this dealership) about a year ago and now he put me into a car I love! I will always come back for any other car needs I may have, even if it is an hour away from where I live, and will always recommend others to do the same. Not to mention he showed exteme patience in dealing with 2 kids at my side the entire time. I truly believe he is an incredible asset to the chapman ford dealership!

Our new MKZ Hybrid

Keith Levitt of Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Township sold us exactly the car we wanted and we drove it out of the showroom tonight. It is gorgeous. Everything about it is perfect, with out of this world sound , an amazing driving system, beautiful lines, gorgeous paint, luxuriously comfortable seats, and a state of the art high-tech dash. Wow! I can't wait to get it out on the open road for our next trip to NYC! Keith explained every step of the operation of this vehicle, welcomed our questions, and sincerely wanted us to be satisfied. Just as impressive was the care and attention to detail the owner, Bill Kasner, gave us. Obviously, his standard of customer service extends throughout the whole dealership. Thanks, guys. We're thrilled!

Wonderful environment

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and provided a great deal of important information about the vehicles that I was interested in. They made me feel comfortable with the decision I made with picking my car of choice. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and as a unit they create a very comfortable environment, which is very important when coming to a big decision to purchase a car.

Very happy

Let me start by saying I have been looking for a vehicle for the last couple of days. I started on Tuesday at Dodge and continued on to every dealership in town only to walk away discouraged and disappointed. By Thursday my husband and I were at Ford driving away with a beautiful 2015 vehicle and a new friend. Mani Khan, he is absolutely wonderful. After hearing all the rumors about American cars, Ford Chapman was not my first choice. But Mani made our expience so awesome we quickly changed our minds. He patiently answered all our questions and concerns making us feel very comfortable. Mani made sure we got a car that fit in our budget and where comfortable driving. After meeting Mani khan we will always return and recommend Ford chapman. Mani is truly the best sales person I've ever met. Super Happy!

After a not-so-great experience with another car dealership, I decided to give Chapman a try. Our salesman, Greg Rawlings, was awesome! He was easy going, easy to work with, and found exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I can't even begin to express how easy and stress free this experience was and how much I appreciate that fact alone. We ended up driving away with a beautiful new truck and couldn't be happier! I would recommend Greg to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Smooth Sailing

I went to Chapman Ford EHT looking to purchase a Focus ST for a fun, affordable and fuel friendly car. I was greeted my Mani who was very friendly and professional. While the dealership itself did not have the car I was looking for in stock, Mani and the rest of the Chapman team did an amazing job finding my car and getting it for me in a very timely manner. All in all I was extremely pleased with my experience and have recommended family to see Mani for a great car buying experience. I plan on making my next vehicle purchase from Chapman EHT and Mani.

Awesome!

I had a great experience with chapman! Everyone was extremely helpful but specifically Mani was fantastic. He wasn't pushy, listened to exactly what I wanted, and found me the perfect car. I was originally going in to find a used car but ended up coming out with a lease on a 2015 Ford Fusion and couldn't be happier! I can't thank him enough! Overall, great experience and I have been recommending chapman, especially Mani, to whoever I come across looking for a new car!
