The Chapman Ford service department has been excellent.

The Chapman Ford service department has been excellent. I believe the main reason for me is Ray McDonald has been very good providing excellent communication and updating me on every aspect of the service needs. Ray is a great asset to Chapman Ford. Thank you Michael P Simone

Chapman completed some warranty work on my Lincoln.

Chapman completed some warranty work on my Lincoln. They provided me with a loner while the car was in the shop and kept me informed of the status of my repairs. Very professional.

What I had done was done well.

What I had done was done well. I felt that 21 text messages from start to finish was excessive. I also felt that $138 for an oil change and tire rotation was too pricey.
