I was very impressed on how Mike Wisdom really worked

I was very impressed on how Mike Wisdom really worked hard with us to get us into our new Ford Edge. The dealership wasn’t pushy into getting us into a vehicle and the service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced.

They did some work on my truck, charged me almost $3,000.

They did some work on my truck, charged me almost $3,000.00, and did not make sure the transmission was full of fluid before I picked it up. By the time I got home my reverse was going out. They said they would make it right, the owner said he would install a used transmission since they failed to put fluid back in it. I called to check on it and was told they had a transmission waiting to go in. After not hearing anything for a while, I call to check on it they say the rear ends bad and they are not repairing it. Now it sits at my Mother's farm with the reverse out. Very let down by the way they did things.

I called with an uncertain problem. They easily accommodated picking up the car and clarifying and then rectifying the problem.

Cameron did a great job!

Cameron did a great job! He made the whole process so easy to understand. We were just driving around looking at cars, and he came out to meet us. Next thing you know we're at his desk buying a car.

I walked into Tom Boland Ford and had exactly what I wanted. I talked to Cameron and Andrew and they listened. They then came up with the truck I was looking for. These two guys are great to work with.

I had warranty work done, but service center couldn’t
