JeepWave

Oil change through the Jeep Wave. Service writer that day was polite but seemed either bit nervous or unsure when few questions were asked. No concerns at this time.

Steer clear of Bob Boyd!

The only reason I will ever take my car here again is only for an oil change. I took my car in for service and they had it for a day and a half. I looked up the TSB they performed and it should have taken 40 minutes. Plus, they charged me $30 to throw away a part. Ridiculous!

Very disappointed this time

My 2015 Ford Mustang GT that has 28,000 miles is making a horrible noise when you put it in reverse and turn the wheel. Bob Boyd first told me it would be 3 weeks before I could have an appointment for a warranty issue. Then once they got my car, they could not "hear" the noise. My son had to go and show them. Then they just said that I needed an alignment and new tires. Again, the car has 28,000 miles on it. Why does it need tires. They told me that the rear tires were still good. They never moved the "good" tires up front to see if the noise was still happening. I did that when I got the car after them having it for a week and did nothing. The car is still making the noise. If they can't charge you for the work - they don't want to do it.

Oil Change for 2018 Jeep Compass

The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more. Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.

BOB-BOYD SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS OUTSTANDING . I RECENTLY HAD A POWER STEERING PROBLEM AND HAD IT TOWED TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT . THEY REPAIRED IT EXPEDIENTLY WITHOUT A PRIOR SERVICE APPOINTMENT . THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL , AFFABLE AND SECOND TO NONE .
