Great place to buy a car

Buying our new Ford Escape was a pleasant experience. Dave Smith was a knowledgeable, helpful salesman. The entire staff made us feel welcome, and we never felt pressured in any way. There was a nice selection of vehicles to choose from, and we will definitely be looking to Bob-Boyd for future purchases. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. New Vehicles Overpriced

Since Bob-Boyd has a new sales manager, the prices are unreasonable. Check out the Ford reviews and you would be better off traveling to Columbus to buy a Ford. My experience was a $3500 difference on a new Ford and that is ridiculous to have that big of a profit margin for Bob-Boyd at my expense.

Great Service

This was my first time dealing with a dealership and I was terrified. Dave Smith made me feel at ease and everyone was very nice. A much less terrifying experience because of Bob Boyd staff especially Dave Smith

Sales person didn't pressure, took his time while I made my decision which took several days considering I was buying this vehicle from out of state and it was the Holidays. Worked with me while secured my own financing even though they offered financing. Had an issue with the heated seats and because I am out of state it's not feasible for me to bring the vehicle back for the repair, they have offered me an adequate solution to the repair.

Best dealership in Lancaster, OH

We have purchased all of our cars from Bob Boyd. We just bought another vehicle today and got a great deal! Their service department is top notch and has a very small wait time. They are all kind, professional and very low key. You will never be pressured at this dealership. Great experience.

For F150 purchase!! Outstanding !!!

Wonderfull time. David Smith knows alot about the Ford we bought, this helps alot. He is also a fan and drives one his self. Was not a long process even with him helping another couple!! Great popcorn!! The truck rides, drives and floats like a Cadillac, wow!! what a nice truck. I Drove a Dodge Diesel and a Toyota Tocoma before this, I went from a log wagons to a Cadillac.
