Best Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Brian Hammond. Brian and the rest of the staff that I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. They made it so that I left the dealership happy due to the fact that I got the my jeep for a steal, I also felt like a valued customer. My experience at Bob Boyd showed me that the staff value their customers and make sure customers leave happy with a great product. I will surely go back for my next vehicle purchase.

Outstanding Dealer
Husband and I went into the dealership on 3/9/15 and was greeted by Dave Smith, I was interested in a 2015 Mustang. Dave not only took the time to let me test drive one he also went with my husband to test drive it as well. He never made us feel rushed. I wanted certain things in my Mustang and Dave checked 1,200 mile radius looking for one to no avail so he special ordered exactly what I wanted. Through the whole building process of my car he kept me updated on the progress. On the day my car was delivered to the dealership it was Dave's day off but he went in and took a video of it for me coming off the truck and emailed it to me. The day my husband and I went to pick it up Dave went over the functions of the car and he even synced my phone to the car. This was my first brand new car and I could not have ask for better service. We will definitely go back when we are in the market again. Thank you, to the entire staff at Bob Boyd for making your customers feel like family.

Enjoyed buying a car!
We're really glad we went to Bob Boyd. We got the exact car we wanted and quickly, we were treated well and not pushed or hard-sold by anyone (something I'd dreaded). Robin Reffitt was especially great to work with. He was fun, patient, knowledgeable, and responsive--he was quick to reply to calls and emails, quick to answer all of our questions. We decided to lease, and the process could not have been smoother or easier. Thank you Bob Boyd, and thank you Robin! We look forward to working with you again in 3 years!

Bob Boyd Review
After being shown high priced and well worn vehicles at several other dealers, we went to Bob Boyd and, honestly, the experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dave Smith did not pressure us, he explained everything about the different models of Mazda we were looking at. At no time did I feel that I was on a timetable to make a decision. Tom Allen handled the financing and he was quick, well organized, and a pleasure to work with. There was some trouble getting my trade in to the dealers and they were very generous and worked with me. No pressure, just an all around good experience.

Love my CX-5!
I arrived at Bob Boyd on a mission...trade my 2013 Mazda CX-5 Touring for a new 2015 Mazda Grand Touring, and spend less time doing so than I intended to spend shopping for a new purse later in the day! I am delighted to report mission accomplished! My new CX-5 is my third Mazda and my fifth straight purchase from Bob Boyd. (Did I mention my husband sells cars at a competitor in Columbus? And my dad owns a used car lot, but I still return to Bob Boyd time and again??). My favorite part of shopping at Bob Boyd is that I do not need a man on my arm to be taken seriously...I have always been given the utmost respect by the sales and service staff a Bob Boyd, and my experience with Dave Smith was outstanding. He was very pleasant to work with and didn't waste my time. Even made sure my cell was synced up before I left the lot. And because he is always such a nice man, I need to give a shout out to Tom in finance, too. Never pushy with the ancillary insurance products, but always willing to answer any questions and make sure the paperwork is correct. Just an all around pleasure to deal with Barb, Dave, Tom and the rest of the Bob Boyd family!

Great experience, no pressure
Dave Smith, salesman was great in explanations, figures, features on the cars that I was interested in, so helpful and patient with me as I was a hard sell. We finally nailed down the car that suited what we were looking for and in my price and payment range and we drove off in a 2015 Ford Fusion. My only concern is that, since I am old school, that I will have trouble figuring out all the technology that is on the vehicle. But I guess that with time I will come to figure it all out and enjoy all the features.

Third Mazda Purchase
We purchased our 2014 Mazda 3 from Bob Boyd Auto and are extremely happy with our purchase. This is the 3rd Mazda for us with the first being a Mazda Protege. The experience was pleasant and the staff was friendly without being pushy. Our salesman, Dave Smith had been corresponding with us for 6 months before our actual purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable without being aggressive. We plan on purchasing our next Mazda in about four years and will go back to Bob Boyd with the hope that Dave will still be on their sales team!

2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon - Great ride, but,...
Went to visit my parents in my old home town and saw this clean '04 Rubi for sale so I made an appointment to test drive it. Ended up buying it but 6 weeks after started having issues. Ended up spending $4200+ to put in a new instrument cluster, evap system and catalytic converter. I would have expected the seller to spend a little more time and effort on making sure the vehicle was in good condition. That said, I did expect something to need to be fixed as it was 10 years old and had 140K miles on it. Overall, the sales rep, Jim Russell was wonderful. He really went over and above to make sure that part of my experience was pleasant.
