Awesome Sales person, no hassle, great price
This was the first time that I have been able to buy a car without having any surprises when I went to do the paper work. Steven Lucas was very professional, courteous and even helped with our dogs while we were doing the paperwork. I would buy from them again!! I also received the best price out of six dealers and was able to do all of the negotiating over the phone and email. Best way to buy a car these days, when there is very little time to go into a dealership and wasted time.

Not your average dealership
Earlier this year, I was in the market for a used car with AWD. I'd done a great deal of searching online and was having some difficulty finding a deal to my liking. I happened across a certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Fusion at Bob-Boyd Ford with an excellent price. I filled out the ?ask the seller? info on the website and received a prompt response from Todd Beckett by the end of the following day. Being from WV, I was somewhat hesitant in buying from an out-of-state dealership. Due to a busy work schedule and a 2.5 hour drive, I tried to work out as much details as I could before considering the trip. While I would have liked have come to an agreement on a price prior to the drive, I was assured we could come to agreeable price. I managed a Saturday off and informed Todd a few days prior that I?d be making the trip and was shooting to be there around noon with my trade-ins. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, the car was clean and parked out front. The sales environment was low/no pressure and I was pleasantly surprised by this. We went for a test drive and got a small tutorial on the features. After returning the negotiating process was surprisingly quick. The value they offered for my trades was as fair as I could have hoped for and the dealership was incredibly quick with obtaining financing for the remainder of the balance. We were back on the road and well on our way home by 4pm. I was very impressed with this dealership- very efficient and very professional. Though its only our 6th vehicle purchase, this was the first purchase in which my wife left the dealership happy with everything. Distance aside, I was pleasantly surprised with all of my dealings with Todd Beckett and Bob-Boyd Auto; I will certainly recommend them to others and will very likely be a repeat customer in the future.

Great Experience and Great Deal
My wife and I went looking for a Ford Fusion. Dave Smith greeted us and made us feel right at home. His knowledge, friendliness, patience and efficiency were outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. There was no pressure and in a couple of hours we left with just the car we wanted. I would recommend Dave Smith and Bob-Boyd to any prospective car buyer.

Wonderful Experience
We recently purchased a 2014 Ford Edge Limited from Dave Smith at Bob Boyd Auto Family. We had purchased several cars previously from Bob Boyd but had decided to work with a Ford dealer from the Cincinnati outer belt. We were extremely disappointed and returned to Lancaster. We found the car that we had been looking for with the options and color that pleased us at Bob Boyd. Dave Smith worked with us throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and respectful of us during our search, selection and purchase. Both Dave and Tom (financial officer) were able to structure a price for our trade in and for the new car, a financing plan and were able to lead us through the maze of options that are available from Ford. As we finished the sale and transfer, Dave took care of syncing our phones and us to this new Edge. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and would return to purchase our next car from Bob Boyd Ford.

Great Buying Experience
Mr. Dave Smith was as helpful, pleasant, and professional as can be from start to finish. He and the male that was to pull credit and get rates were great to deal with. I was particularly pleased that they did not pull credit until they were able to determine that they could get the numbers very near what my wife and I had set as "line in the sand". We did buy the F-150 that we stopped to look at and could not be happier with the way the entire experience went. Thank you to Dave. We will be using the dealership for oil changes and service moving forward.

Purchase Experience
Randy was the ideal salesperson. He knew the vehicle specs, features, rebates and pricing. We arrived Saturday morning, took a quick test drive, had a very brief and agreeable negotiation, and was out the door with a new Chrysler Town and Country in a couple hours. This is the only way to buy a vehicle.

Great New Jeep Purchase
Randy at the Jeep dealership was great to work with. We let him know what we were looking for and he did not try to sell us something different. He had to get our new Cherokee from another dealer and he did that without question. I have purchased over 10 new vehicles in my life and this time was the greatest.....

Pleasant and Painless! We love the Jeep!!
As much as we look forward to a new vehicle, we did not look forward to the purchasing experiance. We found that experiance to be very pleasant this time around.
