Parts Dept.

Not satisified with the service I recieved from the Parts Dept. They intially gave me wrong oil filter, charged me the wrong price for the 5quarts of oil and then argued with me about the pricing until they realized they made a mistake. no apology for the 30 mintues to fix thier mistakes and refused my request to speak with the General Manager. Will not get parts, service, or buy another Ford from Bob Boyd Ford, in Lancaster Ohio.

The way buying a car should be.

I've bought a lot of cars in my life; this was the easiest and best experience ever in at least 30 years. Jared my salesman was upfront no frills and zero pressure, it was just a relaxing experience the way buying a new car should be. He took me around and introduced to me the service dept just so if I need anything I have a familiar face to associate with.

Had appointment at 1:00 got right in, 30 minutes later it was completed. Personal was very professional, I would highly recommend this dealership.
