Parsons Interstate Ford

I called about a ranger they had. They took my name and number plus address and said I’ll call you back shorty for your deposit to hold the truck. They called me in about two hours and said uh sir we are sorry someone is buying it right now. I asked if I had talk to them first and Greg said yes. So I said why didn’t you tell them the truck was pending! But he never really took my deposit because he didn’t take it while we were on the phone the phone the first time. This is bad business and I would never deal with dishonesty like that. Really !

The customer service was awful. They tried to charge me the outrageous shop fee for something that was covered under my warranty. I will never be back.

Fast friendly staff. I saw the car online and found it in the lot. Almost immediately I was able to test drive it. It was actually cheaper than it was listed online. They found financing with my specifications. And I drove away! I love my new car.

Here is a condensed version of a long story: On Friday 1/12/2024, 300 miles from home on a 700 mile trip to NC, our 2011 Hyundai with 254,000 miles lost the alternator, battery, belt and tensioner on I-81. Quickly pulling off of the exit before she died we came to a stop in the parking lot of Parsons Interstate Ford in Shippensburg, PA. Even though it was only a couple of hours until closing, the service department got us in immediately to diagnose the problem and start the repair. In the interim, I walked over to sales to see what options we might have. Even with less than stellar credit, their team was able to accommodate us and put us in an immaculate 2017 Ford Explorer with only 50,000 miles at a fantastic price. We were able to continue our trip in our new car and picked up the repaired vehicle on Monday 1/15/2024. We cannot thank the staff of Parsons enough for helping us salvage our weekend. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alan, Chris, Greg, Caleb, Patrick, and the rest of the team for saving us when we were in such a bad spot. I would highly recommend this business for all of your sales and service needs. I was so impressed that I would make the trip in the future to buy again. Thanks again guys, we love the truck. First U should know that we R both Chevy people...never had a Ford in our lives until 10-12 years ago. To this point we have purchased 4 Fords from Parson's because of the people at Parson's Ford. They listen to UR needs & requirements & sell U the car U want to buy. So far, on 4 totally different occasions, they have had the vehicle we need when we needed it. There is a Chevy dealership literally 1 mile away & we continue to return to Parson's. They make U feel like old friends & we have been very satisfied over the years. Family members recommended Parson's to us originally for the very same reasons. From sales to service to their excellent office staff, these R the people U want to deal with. Highly recommend.
