Good people to deal with
Originally made the appointment to get a tune up and oil change. When I dropped it of I asked about checking the serpentine belt, and having them check the battery since it was 5 years old. they where able to replace the belt, and good thing I asked about the battery, as I was told it was on borrowed time. They also were able to do my annual state inspection. all of which they didn't know about before I dropped the truck off. HOWEVER... IT NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME, that every time I have service done there is ALWAYS a charge to top off fluids! I Filled up my windshield fluid the night before the appointment., and they change my oil, flushed and put new radiator fluid in, so what was to top off? If the claim was brake or power steering fluid, I would think I should have been told that there MIGHT be a leak since is was down some. And I should watch for drops of oil, which I park in the garage and I would notice. I personally think it's a good way to get an extra $3 plus tax out of all customers!
