I bought a truck from Parsons from central Alabama all over email/text/phone calls. Easiest car purchase ever. Wonderful interactions with Noah and Patrick.

Good communication from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, quick schedule (within 48h) and good service. Servicing an F150 for engine oil and filter, as well as transmission oil change. Good reminder from the foreman on tire rotation, added to the service.

Personal were helpful and Not pushy. They found the vehicle I wanted with all the specifics.

Service was done as requested . Service was done in a timely period..Service was done correctly .

Supplied loaner as scheduled. Highly recommend see Alan or Chris for any vehicle needs

We were visiting from Maine and ran into a problem with our car. We showed up at the Parsons without even calling, explained what had happened and they took a look right away fixing the problem with no charge. That’s excellent customer service! Thank you for your help and making our trip worry free.

The worst customer service. Paid them for diagnostics on our truck. Several thousand to fix. Scheduled for repair and they called within the hour of having our vehicle and tried to sell us a new truck. Their diagnostic recheck would not guarantee this would fix the truck. Was their service department not competent the first time when they had our vehicle but had us waste a trip to have service and changing the repairs needed. We asked for a refund of first incorrect diagnosis and we were told the second was complimentary and they would not credit. Will never use this dealership. After purchasing other vehicles there this was a great disappointment for how they treat returning business. Two thumbs down!!!

Management does not operate under ethical and honorable practices. VERY shady and hypocritical selling tactics with disregard to integrity. Customer service is not a priority and I would advise those considering this dealership to look elsewhere as they will do everything they can to manipulate and take advantage of customers.
