Review on my F150 experience At Parsons Ford
Dropped off my Ford F150 truck to have a rattle in my dashboard fixed. The tech who drove my truck to hear the rattle asked me ?? how do you drive that truck, that rattle would drive me nuts??. This is a 2019 Truck which I bought new at Parson?s. After dropping off truck at service dept., I received a call about 4 hours later and was told they can?t find it and told me that my bill was around $300. Then told me that they could take off the larger part of my dash but it would cost $1500 plus the price for coolant and Freon. They also said that after all this there still would be no guarantees. I just feel a new vehicle with an annoying rattle would cost over $2000 is rediculous and they were very casual about the whole thing. I will admit they took the $150 an hour cost down to $138. I appreciate that but a new truck. Sorry!!!!!!! and then a possible additional $1500-2000 and another we couldn?t find it, done with a very casual attitude.

I recently had my car serviced at Parsons Interstate Ford's service department, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience from start to finish. The mechanics were highly skilled and thorough, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was running at peak performance. Helpful and very friendly sales staff! They went above and beyond to get me in my new Bronco Sport Big Bend. I highly recommend that if you're looking foe a new car to visit Parson's Interstate Ford.

Avoid this dealership!!
They've had my husband's Ford escape for 4 months and it's still not fixed! Won't even give him a loaner car!!! Horrible dealership!! I'm done with Ford's!!!

The Usual Excellent Experience
We have purchased vehicles and service over the past five years. Both the Sales and Service departments have been consistently excellent. We are very happy with our "new-to-us" vehicle. The sales process was painless and the staff accommodated our ever-changing schedules. Highly recommended!
