Bought a Certified pre-owned

Jason Cox actually listened to what our wants and needs were. Showed us everything in our range both ways. Helped us compare. Gave us space to talk but also kept an eye out for our best interest. This is not our favorite pastime! Jason saved us a ton of time and hassle. Great experience. We bought our first vehicle here 20 years ago and had no problem then either.

It feels good to be back in a Ford!

Truck

Ron was very helpful. I know what I wanted in a truck and he helped me find it. I got to the dealership late on Saturday but he toke all the time necessary to get the deal done. It was a good experience.

the dave napp team was very helpful with the buying process. we didn't have to wait long for the process to be completed. Jason took the time and went through the car and told me everything about the car

Highly Recommend

Joe and the team at the collision and repair shop were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to assist me with a quote for repairs on my car and even lined up a rental car. They stayed in touch with me updating me on the progress of the repairs. The car was repaired quickly and it looks great! You cannot tell there were any repairs made to the car even though the entire back portion of the car was damaged. They really took the stress out of the process. I highly recommend Dave Knapp Collision Shop.

Insulting to females

Took my auto for tire repair and oil change. They tried telling me I had to buy two new tires until I said I was calling my husband, then suddenly they found a comparable tire. Then they quoted break work $200.00 more than another local dealer. They also said I didn't have working breaks when I did. In the past, I have been told by salesman to go home and get my husband and that they didn't want to waist their time showing me something I couldn't afford. These were two different salesmen.

Starter replacement

My starter went out of my ford focus. The service department was great finding me a car to drive. I appreciate this effort very much.

Won?t return your calls and they lie about what the bank tells you. They over price their used cars

Radio Malfunction

My car radio has been invaded by a Gremlin. Laughing. But Dave Knapps has been awesome working on what the problem is. I give them a High Five for their efforts on getting this problem Resolved. They have been doing everything to figure out what the problem is and will continue until the Gremlin is gone. They have given me great attitude, patients, and understanding of my frustrations. I will definitely continue doing business with Dave Knapp. Thank you

Outstandingly

In the service department, Kasi was friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient in arranging for work to be completed on my vehicle. Work was completed quickly and satisfied me completely. It is rare to have such a positive experience in a place of business. I would highly recommend anyone to the Dave Knapp Ford service department.
