Salesman Chuck Azbill was both courteous and extremely helpful in the purchase of my car. If at any point in the future, anyone I know that is in the market fr a new or gently used automobile, I would adamantly recommend they go to Dave Knapp Ford in Greenville.

Worst service by a dealership ever!!!!!!
Scheduled an appointment to service my 2011 Escape for 4:.30 pm. Arrived at 4:37, asked for "The Works" and was told, "NO they would not do that because there was not enough time." They sent me the coupon for The Works at $ 29.95. They charged me more for just changing the oil and multi point inspection, $30.79. What a rip off!!!! Not only did they refuse to do the advertised service, but attempted to refuse any service, until I pointed out I had made an appointment. I have also had to have the air conditioning repaired twice for the same problem in lees that a year.

Worst service by a dealership ever!!!!!!
Made appointment to have my 2011 Escape serviced for 4:30, arrived at 4:35 and was told they could not do the requested service( The Works) because there was not enough time. In fact they were not going to give me any service until I reminded them I had an appointment. I was charged $30.79 for an oil change and multi point inspection. The coupon for The Works was for $29.95. Also I have had to have the air conditioning repaired twice for the same problem in less than a year. They closed the service at 5:01, the service department hours were until 5:30!!!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced based on our misunderstanding that you wanted the Works completed for your vehicle verses just a standard Lube,Oil, Filter that was scheduled; as the Works requires more time to complete. We were happy to adjust the schedules of our technicians to accommodate the added time and to compensate for the altered appointment time. Indeed the Works coupon is for 29.95, plus tax and I am sorry that it is not made more clear in the disclaimer. As for the air conditioning unit, we did fix it once in June of 2015 and then again in May of 2016 for different problems with the same unit, I hope that all of those parts work together for you this year without fail. Our service technician hours are until 5:00PM, however our pick-up and office is open until 5:30PM. Once again I am sorry for your experience and my Service Manager has been in contact with you to offer you compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention so that we can address our faults and enhance every part of our Dave Knapp Ford team.
Dave Knapp Great Experience on Car Purchase
I have been car shopping for 6 Months. I went into Dave Knapp's to look at a specific car. I ended up buying something different at a great price. My sales person, Angela was awesome. Car service department also treated me with great respect. All I can say is Dave Knapp employees made me feel at home, shows interest in what I had to say. Very welcoming place. I would recommend.

WORST dealership iv ever been to.
i went to Dave Knapp to look into buying a Ford Taurus SHO they had on the lot. It was used, 76K miles, but in great condition. the asking price was $34,000 which was a little high, but i figured i could talk them down a little with my edmunds review which had a normal price of $26,500. I talked to Jim as a salesman and he wouldnt even show the the car i wanted to see. He tried pressuring me into a new 2015 ford F150, even after i told him i already owned a truck and was looking for a car. Then he told me they didnt have the Taurus i was looking for anymore, even though it was sitting right in front of the lot. At that point I told him i wanted to speak to the lead salesperson. When i talked to him, they told me the taurus wasnt for sale anymore, even though another fellow was looking at it at the same time I was there. After telling them i did not want a truck, they tried to sell me a brand new ford focus, which i declined. They then told me they couldnt do business with them unless i was interested in the brand new F150. i walked over to the guy at the Taurus, and he heard everything they told me. He too left the lot after seeing how they treated their customers.

Excellent Service, Great Staff
Everyone at Dave Knapp's was very kind and helpful. I needed a car and I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease a car. Mr. Knapp took us into his office and explained the different options. Mr. Knapp was so nice and he did everything possible to get us the car we wanted. My husband and I decided to lease a car this time. Mr. Knapp got us a car with all the options we requested for the payment we wanted. I have never had a dealer work with me to find the car best suited for our needs. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I will definitely do business with them again.

Bought a new car so kids could use the old one
We needed another car in the family since our daughter is now driving. Our sales person Jim Francis has always treated us with the upmost respect and honesty. We have always thought of him as a good friend. We told him that we wanted to purchase either a new Fusion or Focus. We were not sure which would be best for our needs. Jim sent us out in one of each and let us explore the likes and dislikes of both. He was very patient with us as we made our minds up which one to buy. The funny part is that we ended up seeing a third choice on the showroom floor. It was a very nice blue Fusion and it is the one we ended buying. The whole experience from beginning to end was an excellent one. The entire Dave Knapp Ford team was great to work with. I will continue to buy from Dave Knapp for years to come.

New F-150
Bought my first new F-150 from Bryan Knapp and team at Dave Knapp Ford Lincoln. Excellent experience. The purchase process was smooth and seamless. Upon arrival at the store Bryan made sure my kids had something to drink and a piece of their anniversary cake. The truck was cleaned and parked outside ready to go. The finance process was painless. Overall great experience.
