I bought a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander last year.

I bought a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander last year. Although I love my car, Napleton has never followed through with any of the things that have been promised from a service perspective. The first time I brought my car for service, I actually took the shuttle to the mall. After being told 2-3 times that they were on the way, they never came and got me - I had to take an Uber back to the dealership. Next time I came - after being told they would have a car available for me to use while service was performed - I was told that was not option. Both my parents have bought cars in the last two months and dissuaded them from going here. I will stand by that. VIP service is a joke. Try another Mitsubishi dealer - or any other…

He had me smiling the moment I met him and wow did he deliver. Didn't honor the deal that we agreed upon.

Didn't honor the deal that we agreed upon. The contract had all the fees they agreed to knock off the price of the vehicle. Buyers beware.

Apparently, Napleton's does NOT care to make matters right. After calling numerous times and leaving messages--as a manager was oddly never available to talk with--I never received a call back to discuss this matter. We definitely will not be buying another car from this place.

After talking with the general manager and sales manager on multiple occasions about this matter, it's very obvious that Napleton's has zero customer service after making a sell.
