Roger has been great to do business with.
Roger has been great to do business with. I like the fact that Matthew Odom is the service manager. I felt I had a good relationship with him a another dealership. I also want to say that my shuttle driver was a fun guy to talk to but I don't know his name.

I bought a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander last year.
I bought a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander last year. Although I love my car, Napleton has never followed through with any of the things that have been promised from a service perspective. The first time I brought my car for service, I actually took the shuttle to the mall. After being told 2-3 times that they were on the way, they never came and got me - I had to take an Uber back to the dealership. Next time I came - after being told they would have a car available for me to use while service was performed - I was told that was not option. Both my parents have bought cars in the last two months and dissuaded them from going here. I will stand by that. VIP service is a joke. Try another Mitsubishi dealer - or any other…

He had me smiling the moment I met him and wow did he deliver.
