Took my car in for a comprehensive check up.

Took my car in for a comprehensive check up. Had to bring my car back 3 weeks later after it started making a roaring noise. My bearings were shot. My car report suddenly showed more things yellow and red as opposed to the green they were weeks before. I feel as though my car was not properly checked and had to repeat doing an alignment. They gave me a small discount but considering the cost of bringing my car in back to back, it didn’t really help. As a woman, I always feel taken advantage of at car shops and this felt worse than usual. I know dealerships are expensive but I expect the work to be thorough for the price.

I want to start off by saying my sales associate Ladarius

I want to start off by saying my sales associate Ladarius was absolutely amazing! The general manager was a joke ! Laughing in a customer face when trying to discuss the logistics of purchasing a brand new car and trade in values was honestly unprofessional. Nevertheless, I choose to walk away. I purchased my Toyota Highlander from Napletons originally and after returning and attempting to be a customer again and the unwillingness to work with me, I will never purchase another vehicle again from this dealership. I was looking at the 2024 black Kia Telluride, make sure when your test driving to see the massive scratch on the back of the driver seat as it’s there and deep, make sure your not paying full listed price!! It’s a shame that when the numbers came down to it they allowed me to walk away from a 50k sale over a debate of 5000 difference in total I was seeking, which included payoff amount for my trade in and 1k off the list price of the car for the damage to the back of The driver seat, which the general manager indicated he couldn’t do, which we all know is absolutely untrue. Nevertheless, go and see Ladarius as the young man was professional and attempted to fight as much as he could for me for what I wanted to do in terms of purchasing a new vehicle
