My new Liberty

Bradley McElroy was really attentive to my wife and I's wants and concerns. He was able to take all the stipulations I had as far as price and mileage and match it and make it work on the vehicle my wife wanted. Usually I'm very apprehensive and anxious when purchasing a car but working with Brad was really the most relaxing car buying experiences I've had. I will happily recommend Brad to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle................even though he's a Cowboys Fan.

Hyundai Accent

Just wanted to thank Carl for assisting me and my daughter over the last week and a half. I came in looking for a Rio for my daughters first car. He got me on an Accent with a cheaper price and more features with the same warranty. Very up front, no nonsense kind of guy. Ask for him.

Jessie's car

Drove into the lot and Brad McElroy came out to greet myself and my father. Very friendly and knowledgeable dude! He spoke to me with kindness and didn't speak down to me, ever. Went on a test drive and car was great, decided to purchase. Brad was a real human and very helpful with the whole process. Never did I feel uncomfortable and made the whole process enjoyable!

CR-V Purchase

Bradley McElroy was the man who helped my dad and I today buy a Honda. He was nothing but polite and nice the entire visit and was very knowledgeable about his quality of cars. I also enjoyed how he wanted me to have a safe car because he would let his children drive this car and it made me feel better about my choice. He gave me great confidence in making my car choice.

New Corolla

Brad McElroy This was our 3rd car urchase from Napeltons. I would not have another sales person than Brad. I call him ahead of time sand tell him what I am looking for. He has a variety of cars for us to look at when we arrive. He never disappoints and is right on target. We will come back to give him our business as long as he is with the business. This was our first NEW car purchase from him. He made that possible. We thought that we could only swing a used car.

Wonderful experience!

First New Car

I have been a VW owner for over 15 years. I?m not a fan of change. Kevin Abramscrystslwatkins at VW went above and beyond to help insure all my questions were meet and explained things to me in detail for my big step of switching VWs. I loved my car and would have pushed it for miles even after it was well past it?s prime. Kevin made sure not only to take my future into consideration but my daughters as well when deciding which car would be best for our family. He made the process very smooth. He answered all 5 million of my questions without hesitation. And even helped get my car seat installed. His customer service represents the values the VW uphold.
