I already responded to one follow-up email that everything was handled to my satisfaction. As far as "quality" of work asked below, I can only assume the service department changed the oil. I did view the video which documented the tire service. The waiting area was very nice.

Getting my oil change has never been a great experience like the one I had! They did a great job taking care of my car and keeping me informed on everything as well as getting me a vehicle to drive! All was a great experience!!

The dealership has done everything to assist us. The only negative was it took 2 months to get my car fixed- replaced a head gasket
