Was told they would match price if I came in, I did and was told they would go no lower than MSRP. Why didnt they tell me that before I drove in.

Poor customer service

I went to fund a car for my 16 year old daughter and ended up buy 2 one for myself as well spending a total of over 50,000 for both cars. Mine was brand new and my daughters was 2015. Salesman was good throughout the process. But after the sale I got papers FedEx to me wanting me to sign again. They assured me that there was something wrong with the system. Without even having time to look over the paperwork was getting text messages from the salesman’s and phone calls from the finance guy. I got the paper work signed and send back through FedEx and still got a rude text telling me how if I didn’t return the paperwork they are going to undo the sale. I returned by saying they have been sent in and asked where my payment books are that I have not received anything and payment was due in 10 days!! NIO RESPONSE! I find in rude that they can text and call my phone several time when it’s to their convenience but my one single response when I have a question. Poor service and will not buy anything there again

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SNAKES

Bought a car from there and then discovered on the way home that the car had bad wheel bearings in the rear. They were "sorry about your luck." 2k to replace. Crooked or incompetent.

Terrible. Won't buy from or let work on.

I've stopped at 3 different locations of theirs trying to trade in. One location made offer on my car. Other 2 said they couldn't. It's owned by same place. My trade in is in their shop waiting to be fixed. The sales people there must not trust the mechanics.

Go somewhere else!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle for my pregnant fiancé a month ago from them. I wanted to get her something reliable for her to drive my current daughter and future daughter in. After three days the vehicle would not start. We had it towed back to the lot and had the starter replaced. After the starter was replaced they called us and said the vehicle needed a new engine. The options they gave us were to trade it back into them for an $8,000 loss or pay them $8,000 for a new engine. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them that had to be towed back to them and traded in for a huge loss. Buyers beware!!!!

Loved working with Kevin.

Loved working with Kevin...he was helpful and timely...not pushy or overselling. I had been looking for a car for almost 2 months...he made what was becoming a nightmare trying to purchase a car long distance site unseen a pleasant experience..reduced my anxiety and hesitantcy...overall great experience!
