Jay Miller was amazing!!! If you are in the market to buy a car he will find you what you need! Jay's professionalism and positivity set the atmosphere for my entire experience. He and Ryan spent quality time with me. I'm so happy to drive my family in a safe car thanks to Jay and his hard work!

1st Car!!!

Great friendly service with a smile!! I made my appointment over the phone went in Thursday and drove off with an awesome new car!! Kurt Silcott was great he had answers for everything!! Most important they helped me look for what would be best for me!!!

My first new car at age 63 !!

Jay Miller needs a raise!! He was awesome and amazing!! Was looking at a use car but drove home with a new one ..Thanks to Jay and everyone here it was an awesome experience:} I will send friends and family here and ask for Jay and I will be back when Im ready to trade.. Best Buying Experience I've Had!

Coming to O'Brien's was so different from shopping at other dealerships. I needed a newer vehicle and enjoy driving a manual transmission. When I went to other dealers, I discovered my choices were very limited. Additionally, I'm a tall guy, so what was available didn't fit me. My requirements were NO issue at O'Brien's. My salesman understood my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle, and the supporting staff has been excellent! I would come heartily recommend O'Brien's to anyone who is looking for exceptional selection, service and price!

VERY happy new customer!

I just recently bought my 2016 Outlander Sport from O'Brien. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. While trying to figure out all of my options for my previous vehicle online, I had come across their website and tried to find out my trade-in value. I then decided to go about my business. A couple days later I received a text from Paul and spoke with him about my options. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I ended up meeting with him the next day, expecting not to have many options due to being upside down on my previous car. However, he made it work for me and I left with a new Oulander Sport with the same payment I had on my much older car. Each person I had interaction with there was very friendly and helpful. Colleen was also super helpful with any questions I had regarding the financing and warranty options. I left feeling 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend to friends and family as well as be a returning customer! Thanks, Paul and Colleen along with the rest of the O'Brien team!

Zach was very professional, very friendly, excellent service. He listened to what I wanted, even though my mouth was bad he kept a smile on his face and never seemed irritated at any point. I would recommend Zach to everyone! I love my new Outlander SEL!

Loving our new Outlander Sport!

After more than 30 years of owning several different makes and models of Toyota cars and SUV's we recently decided it was time to replace our 2006 Corolla. That decision lead us to test drive several new Toyota vehicles and for the first time in years, we decided to check out other makes as well. Our list included the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We did a lot of online searching and read reviews before our trip to O'Brien Mitsubishi in Normal, IL. Upon arrival we were greeted by our friendly Sales Agent, Chris Todd, who offered an overview of the different features and trim packages available on the Outlander Sport. We decided to test drive both the 2.0 and the 2.4 models. They both felt very comfortable and the perfect size vehicle for our lifestyle. The fold down rear seats allows us to haul larger items, yet comfortably and safely transport our precious grandchildren. We decided to look closer at the 2.4 engine as it had plenty of get-up-and-go for the many miles we spend highway driving. The safety features, back-up camera and stereo system were also important factors as well. Everything else with comparable equipment was at least several thousand more with other car manufacturers. So, we decide to sit down with Chris Todd and talk about purchasing the new 2016 Outlander Sport. I generally hate buying cars. It's a long process and the negotiating is painful. We had mentioned early on that we had our own financing and no trade-in. Chris was quick to respond with the appropriate questions and he did a great job of streamlining the process. None of the high-pressure sales gimmicks and minimum back-and-forth haggling. We decided on a fair price and said we would return within a few days to sign paperwork. The next morning, Chris's day off, I decided to switch colors and sent a text to him to please note the color change. He responded quickly and made the change, then followed up with a photo of our new vehicle. We returned a few days later to finish the sale. Chris Todd and the Business Manger, Amy Kiper were both efficient in getting the paperwork together in a fast and efficient manner, in a short period of time we were getting a tour of all the features our new vehicle offered and directions on how to use them. We've been enjoying our new vehicle and are happy to share our experiences with Chris and Amy at O'Brien Mitsubishi. We will certainly recommend them to our friends. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle, we will start at O'Brien Mitsubishi!

Kurt Silcott & Co. gave me EXACTLY what I desired!

I was sent an offer for a gift card. I thought the whole thing was a hoax. I decided to call and double check. I was asked questions about my desires/wants for a vehicle. I was then scheduled an interview with Kurt Silcott the next day. He was given all of my information (looking for a car/SUV, something newer or slightly used, that I had previously owned an Altima, etc), and we sat and discussed things. Not numbers, but personal things. Why I enjoyed my Altima, driving history, credit history, etc. At one point I told him that I didn't think I would ever get approved for a vehicle. He then broke things down very clearly. I had two options. I chose what I felt was intelligent, and he guided me along the way. I had two options for a car after configuring my preferences and state of finances. Both wonderful cars. We test drove both and I ended up choosing one that had many amenities. Not only did Mr. Silcott assist me in choosing a wonderful car, he made my decision painless and I can honestly say I felt like I made a friend as well. Most places that are commission based make me feel like I should take anything just to boost sales. He told me many times I should love what I have. We discussed the three things people should splurge on. Home, phone, and car. You can definitely have bells and whistles with those. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Mitsubishi Gallant with less than 29000 miles and more treats than I could ask for. It was just a hair more than I would have liked to have paid, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker, as I signed before I left. After he came back from running the financial plan and told me, "congratulations, you just bought a car", I sat that with a feeling of euphoria that could only be described as a child on Christmas when getting the one gift they have wanted all year. I wish I could say that was everything, but there was also a super pleasant Bookkeeper/Secretary (not sure of her actual title) who was not only extremely professional, but funny and honest in sharing some of her own personal stories as I shared mine about purchasing a car. Colleen was EXACTLY what I needed to keep the mood light as I had just made one of the biggest decisions in my life. So the staff was wonderful. The kind of people I would want to sit down and share a beer and a story with, but people with a heart to help others and even offered me advice in other areas of my life, like a plan to pursue my education. The conversation flowed with such ease about family, travel, sports, and previous jobs that I felt like I knew Kurt for years as opposed to hours. I could go on and on about my FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with these great people. To top everything off, I did get a sweet gift card to use on top of a sweet new car. I would recommend Mr. Kurt Silcott to anybody on earth. A wonderfully sincere man with a gift.. If he is any representation of the dealership and the other sales representatives that work there, you are in for a treat. Do yourself a favor and go check these people out. Absolutely 10/10! Keep up the PHENOMENAL WORK!
