O'Brien Mitsubishi

I purchased 2 Mitsubishi Outlanders from O'Brien Mitsubishi. It is a great dealership to do business with. Kate, our sales person for both purchases, made the process easy and pain free. We were in and out with the new cars in no time at all. Kate did a great job going over the features of the vehicles with my kids so i woukd not have to. Overall, a great experience! I would recommend this dealership, and Kate, to anyone looking for a new car.

Wyatt made my first dealership bought vehicle an excellent experience. I contacted the dealership about the vehicle and he answered right away. He also answered every concern and question i had about the process and vehicle, which made it even better. I was worried about the whole process, with getting a loan being the hardest and having issues with many other dealers around. He made the process worry free, and simple, and surprisingly fast. Will definitley be back in the future for other vehicles, and refer people to come to this dealership.

I walked into O'Brien Mitsubishi where I was welcomed by Cory Raley. I told him what I was looking for and the 2 cars I wanted to look at. I had done my research before I came into the dealership so I knew what I was looking for. He told me yes Ma'am, that's not a problem. After we did a little paperwork he pulled of the the cars around that I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. He asked me why is it that I didn't want to go brand new. I voiced my concerns and he understood. He said I don't want to push you into anything you are not comfortable with but I want to make some suggestions to you. He then explained to me that the car I was currently in driving had 5,000 miles on it and only had just the little warranty compared to the brand new car for only $800.00 more for FULL warranty and I would be the FIRST owner of it!!! I looked at him and he smiled and said YES! We went back so he could explain things more to me. So just 2 weeks later I walked out of the Dealership with my first ever BRAND NEW CAR!!! I highly suggest Cory Raley to EVERYONE! He made me feel comfortable talking to him with any questions or concerns that I had. Thank you so much Cory!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!

I really like our Obrien Mitsubishi dealer in Normal. We were able to locate and buy a new Outlander very quickly. Also appreciate the service department which we have used many times in the last ten years. Special thanks to David who recently helped us buy a new Outlander. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Found a Jeep Cherokee of interest online at O’Brien’s dealership. David helped me out in so many ways! Located the car at one of their other stores. Drove me there. Answered all my questions or found answers we needed. He was very friendly and customer focused with no high pressure sales tactics.
