Stuart and the team took my visit as an emergency and managed to order the needed spare parts in less than 36 hours, replacement done less than 48 hours after my incident. I waited for my car to have its oil change and have a software update. I was told an hour and that is how long it took. I waited in the customer waiting area where refreshments were available to me. This process was smooth and I do recommend getting your Audi serviced here.
