Service was great they got me right in , explained what service I was having and they had me out of the dealership within 1 1/2 hours it was great like always

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sales consultants are very attentive also my consultant (Rudy Porter) was very supportive and very knowledgeable about the everything. great experience overall and would recommend for anyone who is interested in buying or leasing a Ford to ask for him.

Best car buying experience ever!!!!

Your salesperson Rudy stayed with me through the entire buying process!!! He even stayed on the phone with the insurance company for over half an hour to get it done!!!!

pleased with my experience

The gentleman who took my information was very courteous and informative. I was provided a loaner car and the work was completed by the end of the day. The girls in the cashier area were polite and patient.

Service department is efficient and well organized

service manager Ken always remembers my name - he's very friendly, like everyone else! Jenny (service/cashier) was particularly helpful this time both on the telephone and in person.

A great special thanks to Larry Rubin at All American Ford in Hackensack he made my leasing experience a breeze. He his took time and patience to give me the dedicated service I was looking for. I'm very pleased with the service and I love my Ford Fusion!

I was welcomed warmly and treated kindly. The environment (waiting area and bathroom) was pleasant and clean. I relaxed on a comfortable chair watching tv while my car was checked and serviced.
