The gentlemen that took my information in order for my vehicle to serviced was very nice and courteous, he moved things along and explained everything to me. I waited for the service to be complete he told me about 2 hours and it only took about an 1 1/2hrs. He told me if my problem continued to not hesitate to call him and they would do what they could to rectify it. The service given was excellent

Great Service All Around
I am a very busy working mother of 3, so time is very important to me.Carlos made my new lease as painless as possible. 2 years ago I leased my Ford Explorer so when I came back to get another lease, Carlos, my salesman from 2 years ago took care of me again. My whole experience has been wonderful at All American Ford in Hackensack.

A great experience
The selection of vehicles in your inventory. There were many suv's which I was interested in. There were many price ranges from brand new to certified pre owned. Brian Eschrich our sales consultant was very knowledgable and extremely courteous and professional to us. He went out of his way to see that I got a great vehicle that fit within my budget and made the whole experience fantastic. I want to also thank "Z" for his help in getting the process started.

the WAITING time for service for oil change and tire rotation was only 1 hour very quick I didn't feel like I waisted my day

Great Service and Great Service Advisor
Service advisor was knowledgeable about the ford product, Edge, which I own. He was courteous and when he told you that your car would be ready at a certain time, it actually happened. Also I had an appointment at 7:30 am which is listed as opening time and I arrived early about 7:15 am. He came out and told me I could come in. My ford edge is 7 years old and has always been serviced at All American Ford in Hackensack, NJ and that was the first time that the service door opened before 7:35 am in all that time.

Great Service
The entire staff at all American Ford was extremely accommodating and friendly. We were really struggling with the sudden need for a new vehicle and everyone there did a wonderful job of attending or all our concerns and needs. We were completely comfortable with our decision and this had mostly to do with the excellent customer service provided.
