Professional and curtious service

They were able to diagnose the problem and give me answers as to what they will do and when my truck will be ready. they were on the money. My car was ready when promised.

Recent service

I dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance and two recalls. My loaner car was promptly ready for me when I arrived. Rich and the entire service staff is always friendly and efficient. Never a bad experience. I will continue to purchase my Ford vehiles at this dealership.

Recent Oil Change

It took 2 trips to get a recent oil change,which required time out of my work schedule which is unacceptable. When I called I was told I did not need an appointment if I came in by 7:30 it would be fine.When I arrived,they asked if I had "an appointment" when I said I was told I did not need one they then told me it would be a long wait,that a number of people were ahead of me.So I had to leave to get to work.I then called back and made a 2nd appointment which now took another 1/2 day from my work schedule? I am currently looking for another dealer in my area,to try them out and see which suits me best! And I purchased a car from this dealership!!!!

Prompt, efficient, quality service every time !

I have leased at least four & purchased one vehicle from All American Ford in Hackensack, NJ & would not hesitate to do so again. They give new meaning to the saying "service with a smile." All members of the sales & service teams are very professional and deliver what they promise.

Ford Escape, Salesperson, Ryal Rodriguez

This is the second time I leased a car from Ryal Rodriguez at Hackensack Ford. Both times I was very happy with the transaction and the courtesy with which I was treated. I will certainly be back to this dealer when my lease expires. I leased a Ford Escape which I am very pleased with. I have always driven a sedan, but it was time for AWD in view of the winters we have had. I looked at other vehicles in the same range of price and size, but the Escape had a more comfortable ride and better styling for me.
