THE PLACE TO GO

I could not be happier!!! Doesn't matter if you are buying a $60K vehicle or a $8K vehicle, they will treat you as if you are equally important. Spencer Dobson went above and beyond - the best customer service around! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, Jim Dobson Ford is the place to go!

Trustworthy and responsive

I bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger from Winamac virtually from a neighboring state. I was very nervous since I had never done it this way before-bought a car without seeing it in-person and driving it. Tiffany was amazing! She handled everything and was very responsive and reassuring throughout the process. Tiffany arranged for the car to be delivered to my home four hours away where I was able to test drive it and look it over completely before finalizing the sale. The car was exactly as described and she took care to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle ahead of time so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend Tiffany and Winamac if you are looking for a new car. Very trustworthy and honest.

Oil Change . . . and more

Took my car in for a standard oil change and check up . . . and found out that Mustang purr coming out of my Flex was not envy but a need for a new muffler! Darn . . . I thought it might be a built in deer alert?!? So a new appointment was made for repairs . . . Kidding aside I am very grateful for how they look after my car!!! Great service and great people!!

Worst experience ever

I went here to purchase a vehicle listed online when I got here the vehicle wasn’t even washed or detailed don my salesman said he could help me out I was there a total of 2 hours and maybe had 10 minutes of face time with him he seemed more interested in taking phone calls and talking with other customers he couldn’t tell me anything about the vehicle then came back with an offer for my trade vehicle 5000 less than the lowest kelly blue book trade value I don’t even think he really even looked at my vehicle when asked how they came up with the price he couldn’t even tell me why I felt seriously disrespected this was the worst experience I’ve ever had also the vehicle I was looking at was really over priced

Jim Dobson Ford is the place to go for a vehicle. I recently purchased a vehicle with Spencer Dobson, salesman and from the beginning until the end he went above and beyond in helping me find the right vehicle.
