Called to confirm if they had the truck instock, told Spencer we would be coming at four but had to reschudle for next morning. He called back to get all information so loan could be preapproved and paper work done ahead so the time needed to process it wouldn't take as long the next morning. Arrived, was greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. Took truck for test drive, all options and paper work was done within one half hrs and we walked out of dealership and drove off in the 2019 F25. Great over all experience.
