Very up front with everything
My girlfriend bought a car there and they went way out of there way to get a great rate that was even lower then what we had origanly signed at. On top of the great rate i felt we got a great deal and the service was top notch. Definitely would recommend doing business with them.

Three weeks of stress...and it's not over yet!
This place has caused my husband and I nothing but stress for three weeks. We test-drove a few cars, and ended up attracted to the 2013 Kia Soul. We never thought we'd get a new car, but they told us they could get us a great deal. We went inside and went over the numbers with the salesperson and the manager, and they took our information and ran our credit. We were assured up and down that everything looked great and they could definitely get us approved for the monthly amount that we were comfortable with. They then gave us the keys, and let us take the car. Mind you, this was after spending over 5 hours in the dealership waiting for the one finance person they had on hand to get to us. Eventually, we had to leave, so they told us to come back the following Monday to get everything wrapped up (this still took over an hour). Two weeks later, they still hadn't gotten us approved anywhere. We spoke with the manager at the dealership and the banks they had contacted, getting completely different stories of why we weren't being approved. Now, 3 weeks after getting the car, they are asking us to either pay a MUCH larger monthly amount than they had originally quoted us. If we don't want to or can't do that, we will have to return the car. They are also threatening to charge us for the miles that we put on the car. My husband has bought 8 cars in the last 10 years or so, and he has NEVER had an experience like this before. Avoid these guys!

I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul, and so far, I've loved it....
I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul, and so far, I've loved it. The salesmen were great, the finance people were awesome, I was quite pleased with the service...until I took my car to the service department to fix some warrantied issues. Mick, the service adviser was very courteous and helpful, but Steve, the service manager, was absolutely terrible. When I approached him and asked him his name, he stuttered and stammered and avoided giving me his name for a solid five minutes. I informed him that I was unhappy with the service I had received, and he acted like it wasn't important. While I was trying to speak to him, if the phone would ring, he would ignore me and answer the phone. After TWO HOURS of me trying to communicate with the man, he promised a refund for the unsatisfactory service, and that he would reimburse the card I used shortly, and that I could be on my way...It's been two weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have never been so displeased with a business in my life.

They wanted to change our sales contract after fourteen...
They wanted to change our sales contract after fourteen days of ownership. We had to go back and get our old car back and the money we put down back. They then wanted money for the use of the vehicle even though it was their fault. They messed up the contract not us, as we both signed the contract that they said was final and approved. They are sneaky and only want your money. They told us they would pay off our old car within ten days and it has now been fourteen.

No negotiating of price. Misrepresntation of...
No negotiating of price. Misrepresntation of Nano-Technology. They tell it covers everything, it does not. Things that were promised during negotiation were not delivered. Be careful! Go to Idaho and get $2000 of purchase immediately.
