Excellent service
Chris Baumgardner and Bill Hendershot helped me out a lot. They answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable about buying a car. I definitely recommend going to the auto mall!

Great job by the service department getting my vehicle up to par. My vehicle went in with a CEL on, needing an NYS inspection and a recall from two years ago. At a previous dealer they didn’t order the recall part, PJAM went above just doing what needed. My truck is ready for winter. Communication was great! Thank you Meghan.

Excellent customer service from service departmemt
Very satisfied with my experience at PJAM. Both front end employees listened to my concerns and were very thorough in recording details related to my service issue for my Ram. Megan Fitzpatrick did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the service regarding expected wait time and any updates from tech findings. She explained the outcome from the tech notes with customer care and answered all questions I had very nicely. Great customer service from Megan! Techs also did a super job in recording other found issues to bring to my attention. Great communication from Megan and the service department.
