Port Jervis Automall

My experience at Port Jervis Auto Mall was very good due to friendly, professional staff, good service and a clean waiting area with coffee and snacks provided.

Megan was understanding and helped make sure my questions were answered. She also helped find me some savings with coupons from mopar. After telling her I’m on a fixed budget.

Mike the sales rep and Larry were AWESOME. Mike and Larry took the time explain things to me. They were very personable and accomodating.

Didn’t feel pressured to make a decision, answered all questions we had and took out time to make sure we understood all the features of the new vehicle. Would highlight recommend and will buy from them again.

The service manager Steve was extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure that the service provided was a great experience.
