Super pleased with my order and delivery of my 2022

Super pleased with my order and delivery of my 2022 Crosstrek. Had ordered from a salesman that left (that experience was great to test drive and the order process) and Kim picked up with my purchase. She constantly communicated with me to provide the status. On the day of delivery, the process was smooth and everyone was super helpful. Appreciate all of the set up instructions although we are familiar with Subarus as we have others in our family. Will be going back for my follow on orientation. Was glad that the dealership was able to get my order in slightly ahead of the next processing time. Such strange times with supply chain, etc but overall my experience was super positive. Of course, my car is super cool. I love it.

Very focused on customer satisfaction.

Very focused on customer satisfaction. Kim was very easy to work with, kept us informed about the status of our car in transit. Explained in detail all the things we needed to know about the operation of the car. Great experience also working with Lou. Despite some computer problems with the network, he was able to provide all the paperwork we needed and explained everything thoroughly. Kim was easy to work with, great personality, knows all the details and explains it thoroughly.. Set up another appt right away within a month to review the operation of the car and answer any questions we might have. I highly recommend Kim and McLaughlin Suburu.

Once again, my buying experience through McLaughlin

Once again, my buying experience through McLaughlin Motors was absolutely, fantastically, wonderful. Kim Hicks is a superstar! We ordered a Subaru Forester, she kept me informed of its status at every step, at least weekly and usually more often. Give this young Lady every possible official recognition, as well as a star, and a reserved parking space! And ~ the often-dreaded finance manager: Michael Morales cheerfully adjusted my contract several days later! We all know this reduced McLaughlin's total actual profit on the deal; however, this is the type of "genuinely want to earn your repeat business" attitude that causes me to just babble on about the entire store!

This is a great dealership! Kim is the best salesperson I have ever worked with!!!

Salesman was good and helpful during the sales process.

I rarely write a review but our great experience on ordering and regularly receiving updates on our 2022 Subaru Forester .Kris Hutton,our sales person was a true professional, great communication skills and made Kathy and I feel like they valued our business.He does such a great job representing McLaughlin Subaru and the Subaru brand.Two thumbs up !

Dealer kept us informed of the status of our special

Dealer kept us informed of the status of our special order 2022 Subaru Forester before delivery. The car was just as ordered, and it was spotless when we went to pick it up. The sales representative did an excellent job of reviewing the features and how everything worked. This was the second new vehicle we have purchased from this dealer.
