I bought a car recently from Kennedy Mazda, and it was a great experience overall. The process was painless and quick, and Joe Billy was amazing to work with. Joe made the experience very enjoyable and I would absolutely recommend Kennedy Mazda and refer them to Joe.

We came from the south suburbs of Chicago to look at a used truck. It was raining and cold but a salesman named John Zale came right out to help us. John was very helpful sharing the history of the vehicle which meant a lot to us. We came back in a couple days after thinking it over, and bought the truck. John helped us with switching Indiana title and registration to Illinois. All went smoothly. John Zale was not only professional at his job but honest. You don't see that to much anymore. We will shop at Kennedy Mazda again.

John Zale provided us with exceptional customer service throughout the entire car buying process. We highly recommend John and Kennedy Mazda. It was completely worth the drive from Stevensville, MI.

General manager Andrew sent me an email saying he can...

General manager Andrew sent me an email saying he can work a deal not normally available but he could do it for me. Total lie. Went there and he could only do the bare discount that Costco already got me. Total waste of time!

Sorry you assumed there would be a higher discount available than what we are offering with Costco. Costco is by far the best offer available to the consumer. I would recommend next time perhaps calling before go out of your way to visit a dealership to make sure both parties are on the same page. Mysterious Price Increase

This dealership had a Mazda listed on line for $23,500 without photos. I call the dealership and they were kind enough to send me a video. When I called the sales manager for additional questions, he tells me the price has increased by $500 and they would not honor the advertised price. Not going to get my sale!!

Hello Robert, Like I stated to you on the phone the price listed on Cars.com was posted in error before the vehicle went through service, detail, or photo process. For this $500 price increase again as I stated to you on the phone, we installed 4 new tires, replaced rear rotors and brake pads. The vehicle also was equipped with Apple Carplay /Android Auto module that was not included in the online listing yet. Obviously, you found the value in our deal over the other CX-5 you found in Ohio for $23,000. Our vehicle was pristine. Which I know you were able to verify when you and Sarah came in to purchase it on Saturday. Again, sorry for the issue but until the vehicle is through the shop, booked out, and photos uploaded what is listed online is just to let potential customers know what is coming. We try to be transparent as possible. We do not use misleading tactics like adding a recondition fee, or certification fee, in our business office like some of our local competitors do. Andy
