I recently purchased a car from Kennedy Mazda, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience—especially thanks to Joe Billy, my salesman. From start to finish, Joe went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, meeting with me multiple times and giving me the space and time I needed to make the right decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, and Joe truly had my best interests in mind, working hard to help me get the best deal possible. I have always had great service and customer care when bringing my car in. Damian and Mike in the service department make a great team and go above and beyond to get me in quickly and ensure that any repairs are done in a timely manner.

Very nice group of employees.

Clean waiting area.

Clean waiting area. Fast service. Like that they send you a video of the items that they check over to show you whether they are good or need replaced.

I stopped in with a engine warning to not drive.

I stopped in with a engine warning to not drive. The service writer wouldn't do anything besides making an appointment 3 days away( first available). Thankfully another service writer offered to do a diagnostic to see what the problem was. It was the battery which he was able to change then plus he sold me 4 tires. I'm so thankful there was a service writer there to actually give service
