Quick and Easy

We had a regular service call plus brakes issue and all was completed in a day (with loaner). Picking the car up was fast and easy. Our service professional was helpful in describing the problem and how to avoid it in the future.

Professional, Friendly

I didn't feel like I was buying a car. Felt like visiting a friend. Mike Quinn is the best. Awesome deal on Nissan Maxima.

never again will i go to this dealership

I had my Mercedes in for a routine maintenance and they damaged my vehicle, tried giving it back multiple times even though I was not satisfied and it was still not correct, it took 8 weeks to get it 90% and still not correct. what the ****!! Jon Dailey service and parts director is a D***!. never trust him, condescending attitude, rude, very poor behavior. BEWARE!!! of the service department

never will they see me again

I had my 2017 Mercedes in for a routine maintenance and they damaged my vehicle, tried giving it back multiple times still damaged. it took 8 weeks to get it back and it still is not right. xxx!! Jon Dailey service and parts director is a big D!!! never trust him, very poor behavior, rude, condescending attitude. BEWARE!!!! of the service department!!!

Had a long day at repair shop.

Wish I could have had a rental or loaner car. I had to missed a full day of work. I had a service B done , somehow I did not receive windshield fluid. I called and was told to stop back in when I am in the neighborhood. I lived 45 minutes away from dealership. Therefore, very inconvenient for me to return for windshield fluid. Next time I will insist on a checklist of services I should have received to ensure all work was performed.

Service were excellent

The overall experience I had with Brandon the sales associate, the finance dept were tops. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and everyone was excellent.

Outstanding Service Department!

Junior and his team of service techs are an outstanding representative of your dealership and a powerhouse of knowledge! I felt my E55 AMG was in excellent hands when it came to diagnostics and recommended service; never pushy and always mindful of cost v need and performance! A truly TRUSTED advisor. He treated my car as if it was his own! Not only will I continue to bring my AMG and wife's benz to him for service but will highly recommend him to others! He is the RARE individual who not only CARES, but ENJOYS his work and it is reflected in the relationships he builds with Mercedes owners!! He made this visit easily the best service experience I've ever had with any car brand! Simply can't say enough good things about his interactions with me over the course of the week!

Lady Service Advisor

Luckily, Mr. Weissman was my Service Advisor. He was very kind and knowledgeable. My Dad was a Service Advisor for over 30 years, and Mr. Weissman reminded me a lot of my Dad. He did not try to cheat me or sell me work I did not need. Everything recommended on the car was all by the book what Mercedes recommended. I will bring my car back to this Service Advisor whenever I need anything done to my car(Benny). The encounter I had with the female Service Advisor however was not so good. She was rude and very unkind as if me bringing my car in bothered her. I was grateful that Mr. Weissman came in and took care of me.

Dead vehicle and was towed to closest dealership

Excellent service, timely updates, sincere interest and help with problem solving warranty issues. Professional staff and friendliness from every employee I came across at Napelton.
