The service was delivered in a very timely manner. No hassle

All of the service personnel are very knowledgeable and willkng to help the customers. I would recommend them to other car owners or those liooking for a vechicle.

I was very satisfied with work done on my vehicle.

Everyone was helpful to me in the service and the sales departments. I would definitely recommend Napleton Mercedes Benz to other people that own a Mercedes Benz like myself. I also, will probably purchase my next Mercedes Benz from Napleton.

Good Service

I appreciated the service I received from Brandon Lopez and the Alfa tech during my last two services. They have been honest and communicated openly about the difficulties with my Stelvio. I feel confident in their work and trust them both.

Bought a new car

Great people! Great cars! And will work with you for pricing... Loved it! Everyone is so friendly and ready to get right to your needs!

If I could give zero stars I would

First of all, the reviews on the front page that you see are mostly from the employees there. Very displeased with this experience, all they are after is your money. I brought my Mercedes to get some things fixed and they held on to the vehicle from June til October. That’s FOUR months!!! Joe Durant from service was the one ‘helping’ me with the vehicle and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Every time I would call to get an update, he was of no help, very rude, and he would just feed me any excuse in the book just to get rid of me. On top of this, in September one of the sales men had the audacity to call (the only phone call I received from the dealership) and try to get me to upgrade my car to a newer car, trying to make some money off of me, when they’ve held onto my vehicles for 3 months at that point. You can just imagine my frustration. Once I told Joe I only wanted to speak to his manager from now on, and that I would leave a bad review due to this experience, the car was fixed in less than 2 days. I’ve never written a bad review about any place, but this place truly deserves for people to know what kind of xxxx they are dealing with. DON’T GO HERE.

After contacting several other dealerships, I decided to...

After contacting several other dealerships, I decided to shop with Napleton... despite being an hour from my house. Roger, Jim, Natalie, and Tracy were all extremely helpful and professional. They bent over backward to make sure I was extremely well taken care of. I drove home in a spectacular new Volvo and couldn’t be happier!

Great customer service!

The customer service was first class. The department was running behind and appointment times were being pushed back. The service department did everything possible to keep everyone happy and satisfied in a very difficult situation and all with a smile.... TTHAT'S TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
