Jim Dwyer was competent and very helpful.
Everything from the test drive to the explanations to the trade-in went smooth and we got our vehicle promptly. The Volvo XC40 is such a fun car to drive and the T5 R-Design is outstanding. (look what it looks like in RED with the black trim)!

Great Service
I continue to bring my 2008 C300 Mercedes to Napleton auto because the service is great...It was required that my car be kept at Napleton for a couple of days but I was given a loaner car which was very much appreciated..My service advisor J. Giuliano (Junior) always looks out for me...He is the best!!!!..PS....My car drives like new!!!

Service was quick
I normally take my car to International Autos in Orland Park. They have changed but not for the better. So, I decided to make the trip to this dealership. Service was quick and they did not overcharge me for this visit. I will be returning to get my car serviced. The only issue that I had was the washing was not done very well.
