Upfront, honest, and excellent service!

I had the privilege to of working with Vince. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in any car dealership. Vince was amazing when came to look at a particular which was located on the showroom floor and without any hesitation moved other vehicles around in the showroom so we were able to go for a test drive. The vehicle was competitively priced, and he didn't try to sell us anything other than what we were looking for. He wasn't the typical pushy or persistent saleman. He was patient, presented us with our options and made sure we were satisfied. Great friendly environment and very respectful of your time. We were in and out in a few hours. This was the first but certainly not our last experience with the Napleton dealership. ~Sincerely a satisfied customer!

Quick and straight forward...no hassling around..

Good dealership with sraight forward salesman. At least thats what i got from my salesman Jim. I was straight forward with him, he was straight forward with me...definitely look forward to possibly doing buisness again in the future.

Dishonest service with a lack of customer care

This would be a 0 star if it were possible. I have been waiting for just under 5 months for parts and for service to be completed. Never received a call back, however, I called them back three weeks ago and they setup an appointment. I arrived there today and was told there may be a per hour diagnostic charge, no loaner car will be provided and that I will still have to wait for parts. I explained to them that I have two years left on my bumper to bumper warranty and that per their own service tech from the original visit back in Nov 2017, all work is under warranty. (I have purchased many cars and have never had issues trying to get warranty service completed.) It is clear that they do not want to service Fiat vehicles in any manner or any form. The Service reps were dishonest and certainly not customer oriented. Note that I called FIAT and they stated that per my descriptions all of the work I needed done would likely be covered under warranty. Thus, its not FIAT, its NAPELTON's horrific service department failing to resolve the issues. Waiting this many months and still not having the service work completed is unacceptable. **Stay clear of these guys, buy from a reputable dealer who will stand by their product. Read other reviews and heed their warnings.

Great experience

What a great experience at Napleton Jaguar. The people make the dealership. Jim in Sales is fantastic and the Service Department does a great job. What more can you ask from a dealership. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Thanks again Jim, Karen Joe, and JR.

Very excited to write this review

Dealerships get bad reviews for service and or parts quite frequently so, I am actually quite pleased to write this review. My experience with Napleton Jaguar was, simply put, exceptional. My service advisor is Samantha Hamilton (notice, I did not say "was" as she will be the person I contact first when my Jaguar needs service) and she is an asset to your organization. All of my concerns and service needs were addressed promptly and professionally and completed in a timely manner. My faith in automotive dealership service departments has been restored thanks to Sam and her coworkers.

Shout Out for Juan Barnes

About 5 months after purchasing a 2017 preowned Jaguar at Napleton I sent an email to my salesman Juan Barnes to see if he could get me a second key fob for my vehicle. I had been given only one key fob at the time of purchase and was told that was all there was for the vehicle I had just purchased. Juan took my email to his General Manager and got approval to get me a second key fob. He then made arrangements with the Jaguar dealer in my hometown (in another State over 3 hours away) to get the key fob synchronized to my vehicle at no cost to me. My compliments to Juan relate to his efforts to get this done as the process, without getting into detail, did not go smoothly or quickly. Juan however stayed on top of things and kept me informed. I really appreciated Juan's efforts to help me because I was not a local resident and this was something that I was asking for well after the sale had been made. In my opinion, Juan Barnes knows the true meaning of customer service.

Great and organized experience!

Jim Dwyer was excellent! He was not pushy or overbearing. He made the process very stress free and easy. Tracy in finance was also excellent! She was quick and very organized.

Memorable Evening

I had been looking at a specific Mercedes-Benz, on their lot, for a couple weeks. Unfortunately I was busy and was only able to look at it on Sundays (dealership is closed on Sundays) So I decided to stop in on a snowy February evening, with my wife. I wanted to surprise her and I did. Jason Price was my dealer and he was great to work with. It was a memorable night for several reasons. Snowing very hard (service cleaned the snow off the car twice for us), surprised my wife with the Mercedes-Benz, and took the car home that night. Jason answered every question we had and since we were new to the Mercedes family he informed us quite extensively about their products. We could tell Jason liked his job. After deciding this was the car we wanted, Tracy Harrington proceeded with all the financing and related paperwork Tracy explained every form we had to sign.
