I went to get a quote for a Mercedes and Volvo... First, they were not friendly, I did not feel welcome in the dealership at all. The worst part started when it came to calculating the trade-in value for my current car which was purchased in Canada and transferred to USA. As everybody knows, Canadian and USA units are different.... Odometer is in Kilometer in Canada. When I moved to USA, service center changed it to Mile. My car had about 26000 Km when I was in Canada. Converting that mile, this number had reduced to around 14900 miles. They noticed this simple change in the car record and immediately started accusing me to tampering the odometer.... insultingly they offered to pay 1000 $ for my car because it has tampered odometer!!! It was very funny because I already had 9000$ offer from another dealer. So, be very careful if you want to trade-in your car at this dealership. They do whatever they can to bring your car value down. Very unprofessionally.

My family and I have been purchasing cars form Joe for over 15 years. He is very knowledgeable and works endlessly to find the perfect car for you, sometimes before we even left our house. He does all the hard work to ensure you walk in and walk out with lightning speed. He has even gone out of his way to find us the perfect car at other dealers and have them brought to us. I will not buy a car from anyone except Joe. He cares more about customer care then any other salesman I have ever met. He has got life long customers from me and my family and I am sure we are not the only ones.

I found a car online that I was interested in so I stopped in. Upon entering the dealer you feel an un pretentious atmosphere that is prevalent at high car dealers. I met Jason and he was friendly, knowledgeable was interested in selling a car. This may sound strange but I had visited two other dealers about a similar vehicle and left feeling cold and unaccommodated. Jason bent over backwards for me and we had great conversations along the way. I live about two hours away from the dealer but I look forward to buying another vehicle from them.

Ross and Vince were awesome salesman who made my first Mercedes purchase exciting and memorable. The GM Ross and the entire staff were great too!

I am giving this rating to Joey d for all the help he gave my sister. Joey went above and beyond my expatations and assurd her and made her feel like family as your dealership projects to it's customers.

Jim Dwyer was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Any questions we had he answered and he was able to get us a great deal. Highly recommend.
