Exceptional Sales and Service

Tony and his team never disappoint....we have bought several vehicles from them and also sent referrals to them. Everyone that we have sent has purchased vehicles from Tony and his team...very satisfied customers...... They always look out for the customer....we will always purchase from Tony and his team...

Diagnosis of problems

I have learned over the years the if you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything. So, since you keep sending me these reviews, I will answer. The diagnostic process was fine; however, the communication afterwards and with the insurance company were not so pleasant. I had to wait about four days before I could get anywhere with my car. The warranty company was waiting for an estimate of which they had not received. I called on numerous occasions and was told I had to speak with the person who handled my car; but, until I got really aggressive on the phone she did not come. Once I got her on the phone, she was quite accommodating in getting me the results of the diagnosis so that I could forward it on to the warranty company. In the meantime, my muffler totally broke loose and I was afraid of driving it so I was stuck at home until I could get it fixed. I only had one car so I was totally dependent on getting it fixed right away. I did finally get the work done after a week of inconvenience.

New experience

Awesome buying experience I would definitelt choose this dealership again. Everyone there were professional and understanding of my situation at home therefore offering to bring the test vehicle to my house

Scooter

I was a little hesitant of purchasing a car online but it was nicer than the pics showed. The only disappointment was not being shown how all the features operated. Overall it is the nicest used cars I've ever bought. And I've had over 25 cars. Thanks Scott

Excellent car buying experience!

Recently purchased a used Ford Fusion and had a great experience! The sales guy (Mike) was knowledgeable, talkative and funny, and made sure we were taken care of. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed which they did both within a couple days. They were very up-front about everything and overall customer service was great! The sales manager made sure we were satisfied with everything before we left. Tracy had us in and out of the finance office quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

Great dealership with fantastic service!

I am very pleased with our car purchase from Napleton Autowerks in Schererville. Not only am I pleased with our car, but the service we received was fantastic. Mike Quinn was an extremely attentive sales associate who did his best to ensure we were taken care of every step of the way. The manager and the finance person we worked with were fantastic as well. I will definitely come back if I ever have future car purchases and will refer people to them as often as I can! Great dealership!!

Top notch buying experience

Lease process

Vince Fiore provided excellent customer services in my recent visit 6/28/2018 for lease of Mercedes Benz. He took care of adding new auto insurance to the current 2018 auto by phone, and made copies for his record and made a copy for me also, much appreciated. Very personable & friendly which is also very appreciated,, overall good experience

Good Follow Up

Our family recently purchased a car from Napleton Autowerks and worked with Jim Dwyer as our sales representative. Jim was very professional and courteous. I think we got a great price for the car after negotiating. This dealership was very clean and offered a nice waiting area (holding area for my 4 and 6 year old kids) as the snacks and drinks were fully stocked. The restrooms were nearby and I felt that the staff constantly checked in with us to make sure we were still comfortable because we were there for a LONG time! We had also left our garage opener in the car we traded in and they were nice enough to sent that to our home afterwards. There was good follow up from Jim and the dealership although it took a bit longer than expected to get my plates and registration all squared away. For that reason and because there was some confusion that ended up being cleared up I give a 4 star review instead of 5 which in my opinion is still very good. Thank you very much and we are enjoying our new car!
